Great Platform.. Awful TV

The panel is so dull and has extremely low brightness. There is no pop with regular or HDR content. Tried to watch Avengers Infinity war and it was almost unwatchable. Everything looks grey. This is with the dynamic setting enabled as movie and standard modes are just too dark to enjoy. Yes I tinkered with the brightness and color to no avail. You can only change picture settings when viewing a movie or program which is silly. These options will not appear with the menu button unless you're in an app and playing a program or movie. TV is light years away away from my Vizio E series LCD non-4k and non-smart TV from 2016 which it was meant to replace. I returned this immediately and purchased a 65" Samsung Q70T and added a roku ultra which I am super delighted with!. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SET!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!
