Technical Problems

I have no complaints about the audio or sound quality, HOWEVER, I have had a lot of technical problems out of it. Nothing I couldn’t fix myself, but don’t foresee the nontech folk handling (I’m looking at you Nanna and Papa). Once, it would flash different colors when turned on (solid green, to blue to red, etc). I did a hard reset to fix it. Today it wouldn’t show the picture when playing (Netflix, Hulu, HBO GO, etc). I could see the main menu and scroll through and choose a show, but once I pressed play, it was black screen (subtitles still showing) with audio. Again, I did a reset on it. Like I said, I fixed it myself, but I don’t foresee my grandparents being knowledgeable enough to do so. Just keep that in mind I suppose.
