CANNOT WAIT TO SEE HOW MY NEW SYSTEM WORKS ??

YOUR SALES PERSON THAT CAME TO MY HOME AND THEN GAVE ME THE QUOTE WAS QUITE GOOD BUT DID NOT TELL ME I WOULD HAVE ALMOST ONE MONTH'S WAIT.

great tv and value but ripped off by BB partner

Needless to say, I am out $81.42. Obviously, does not check out its partners before endorsing them. I was skeptical of the price, but since the tv was on the website,I took a chance. The ripoff artists have since changed their name, but advertising the same tvs at ridiculous prices. i have shopped at Best Buy for over 15 years and spent a good amount of money there, but I am hesitant to buy from them again. I hope customer service contacts me to rectify the situation.

Cheap

I did not like the screen. Half of it was a different color/shade than the other half. The sound went up and down. We returned it bought a Samsung was more money.

How to reset your Roku tv with the remote

Press the Up arrow once. Press the Rewind button twice. Press the Fast Forward button twice. The restart will begin, though it may take a few seconds. I do this frequently when the sound doesn't match, or when there is an echo. I also do this when the screen blanks out and cycles through green, black, and blue screens. I wanted to return it but the screen size means I have to schedule an in home repair. I'm not sure what they'll do. Resetting the tv using the above directions seems to be manageable.
