    It would not connect to the wireless internet, I moved it next to the router where we have a 65" connected and it wouldn't connect, then I did a ethernet connection and the smart part worked. I took it back to best buy and they took it back. A lot of work. I did give it 2 stars instead of one because we have 65" that works great and I will purchase another and give it a try.

    Hate the remote

    It will not sink with my cable remote making me use three different remote controls. My LG had no problems..

Many Universal and cable box remotes can be programmed to control select features on the TV. You can visit https://support.tclusa.com/tv-remote-codes for more information.     I think I will like it....it is a lot to set up with all the streaming. Cable was easier, but this is cheaper!

    In pandemic times this was a deal. However, the tv seemed to be refurbished as there was an edge off and seemed to make the display not go from edge to edge. I had returned it as I was still shopping and had simultaneously purchased another tv elsewhere.

    TV is cheap. Definition is nowhere near any of the other brands. But it is a big TV for a low price.

    This is not a good quality tv. I bought this to replace my Samsung. These brands are not comparable, Samsung is far superior. I would highly recommend going for a Samsung for a few dollars more. The image quality and image brightness is a lot nicer on a Samsung.

    It was good until it lasted, 19 months exactly. Bought this TCL 55 for my restaurant's digital menu. Screen went black and never turned back again, tried several resetting modes but no success. Ended it up in the trash.

    I was very upset with this purchase. This was a gift for my elderly mother, who has yet to even watch the television. Once the tv was connected she was instructed to phone Roku, the company told her it was a $70 subscription to access the tv. I was very upset, the ad did not mention and extra subscription cost.
