Started having issues within first month....

And of course....return expired couple weeks ago Oh ya...just got tv on May 31st A little to quick to have issues....ugh

Great tv but not 120hz

Everything works great, but I watched a 4k uhd Blu-ray, and it was blurry. It's using extra software to fake the 120hz . It's really a 60hz tv. It's cheap enough to keep or give to a family member but I will be buying a different tv asap.

Roku is a streaming platform that offers many features, including thousands of streaming channels (apps) and over 500,000 movies and TV episodes. Some content is free while other content is subscription-based or pay-per-view. You can go to www.Roku.com/whats-on to see what streaming channels and apps are offered through the Roku Channel Store. To search for a specific channel you would simply want to enter that information into the search section. Hope this helps!

Printer you can't hook up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure what has happened over the years but this printer sucks..2.5 hours trying to get it set up to print with no luck. There is no way to know if there is an issue with the printer or it it is because you have to use the HP app which will not recognize my computer. Why in the world you can't still get a disk with the drivers on there or download the printer drivers in beyond me. I needed a printer to hook up at home for some simple printing and this was such a let down. All my other devices are HP and never had any issues but this thing sucks..colors of lights mean it's connected but then it's not discoverable. The online assistant is another waste of space and time..as soon as I can I am returning this because I don't need a non working printer.

Black Screen Warning

Was told TCL Roku TV's have this defect. Need to pack it up and send to manufacturer. Other than the black screen, TV worked fine.

First tv just stopped work it was replaced under warranty but a bit of a hassle for elderly folks.

Broken within a Year

It was delivered to me on December 18, 2018. On April 8, 2020, I turned the set on and it was a black screen. I tried to reset as instructed in troubleshooting on website. Still nothing. Tried plugging in a different outlet. Nothing. Called TCL, and was instructed to send a copy of receipt. Emailed 5 times as they said they didn't get it. They called and said the one year warranty was up. Yes, I knew that however a TV should last longer than one year and 4months. I have since bought 2 more TCL TV's. I pray these last longer. Will Never purchase another one.

Won't shop at Best Buy again

They would not match Costco's price for the same tv, but I went ahead and paid $10 extra for it because I was already there. Got it home, unloaded it, and discovered a scratch on the screen. Plus, the packing of the box appeared to have been opened before. I returned it, and got a refund. I was very disappointed that Best Buy sold this to me as a new tv, and not an open box. I felt they should have seen that when they rang it up in the computer. Plus, why was this tv back on the floor as new. I've heard good things about this brand of tv, but didn't get to try it.

Great cheep buy, but read between the lines

Additionally, any commercials or ads that occur in streaming channels is actually controlled by the individual streaming channels. All of our Roku TVs have a Roku operating system built-in.
