    It's advertised as a Roku streaming platform but it's more like an advertising platform full or ads you can't turn off. I returned it and bought an LG thinQ. Feel 4k and her but generic like TCL

Additionally, any commercials or ads that occur in streaming channels is actually controlled by the individual streaming channels. All of our Roku TVs have a Roku operating system built-in.     Just brought this tv and already a dark screen. DO NOT BUY! It goes in and out of the dark screen. So frustrating and it’s brand freakin new

    When I use any app, the sounds will not work. The quality of the pictures are nice, but not important if the sound does not work as well.

    Jerry set me up with 65 inch works fine

    Called store to ask about size needed was given bad directions after driving 65 miles each way did not fit my needs also was falsely told wall mount purchased prior would not work

    Nothing but issues with this TV. About 3 months ago it went blank multiple times and turned off and would not come back on. Out of the blue it finally came back on and worked. It’s impossible to get any technical help. They do not answer their phones no matter what time of the hour or day you call or which option you select. Customer service used to be great. We are getting ready to build a home and I had plan on purchasing at Best Buy but now I will go else where. Waste of time and money

    The TCL tv had poor picture quality. Unless I was looking directly at it, the picture quality was diluted. I returned the tv. I only kept it for 1 week.

    When I bought it was supposed to be a monitor replacement for my pc but when using it with my pc and logging into Netflix or Hulu thru the pc and not the Roku app my screen shuts off did it thru all HDMI ports. I have lots of flickering on YouTube when going full screen I also have random line that appears on top of the screen thru the roku app and when on pc mode (hdmi) Flickering when gaming . trying to look over does issues but it getting annoying

    TV pic I standard quality settings and options are not very Good . Your not able to cast or mirror TV without internet.

    Regret buying - forced motion smoothing

    There are no options for turning off the action/motion smoothing on the 55 inch. The setting does not exist on the inputs or the onboard roku channels. Drives me nuts. The recent update in dec 2020 did not correct the issue. I will never purchase another TCL/Roku device after this. It’s pretty much unbelievable that you can’t turn it off.

    We did not like the picture quality. It’s better to buy a name brand tv like lg, Sony , or Samsung . But if you’re in a tight budget this will do .
