Many Universal and cable box remotes can be programmed to control certain features on the TV. You can visit https://support.tclusa.com/tv-remote-codes for more information. Furthermore, you can program the TV to turn on to a specific input by going to Home>Settings>System>Power>Power On>Select the input you would like the TV to turn on to. Hope this helps!

    We've had this TV for 3+ years now. Comes with several channels and apps, lots of options you can enjoy of. Only thing is, sometimes it doesn't get the Internet signal. You have to unplug the power cord for about 10 secs and plug back in. Aside from that, no other issues. I recommend it.

    I bought this TV a couple years ago and I am very happy with it. For the price, you can not beat the picture or capabilities! It has ROKU Already pre-installed which makes the possibilities endless with the apps you can install from the main menu. The picture is clear and the refresh rate is decent. The width makes it perfect to hang, mount or sit on top of the entertainment center. The only reason I deducted a star was for the sound; the sound is decent for the tv alone but you will probably want to get a soundbar. Overall I would recommend this TV because it is a great purchase especially if you aren’t looking to spend a ton of money.

    I am so glad I bought the TCL Roku. I am in love with this TV. I am in love with all the apps that you are in the TV and all the ones that you can add. Its has so many apps, including movie apps, comedy, apps for kids, pretty much anything you want to watch the TCL Roku has it in there. The picture is so clear and crisp, the sound is great also, I don't ever turn it up that loud but the volume level I hear it in is perfect. What also I like is it can be connected via wifi and you dont have to have all the cables connected, just plug it in and connect via wifi. It has 3 HDMI slots and an optical. This is the best TV I have ever own!
