    The TV only lasted 20 months before the screen went black. TCL will not fix or repair.

    Led lights go bad quickly

    Little did I know when I shelled out money for this tv it would only last 17 MONTHS. The led lights have went out. Upon further research this is a typical problem to happen. They sell shoddy parts and don’t stand behind their products. Not a good company or product.

    Of all the streaming apps or programs, this is by far the worst and least user friendly. Have used many other services previously and this one is hard to navigate. Compared to amazon fire, very low quality. Not worth the discounted price for big tv.

    Cheap for a reason. After just a few months I got the TCL Black Screen of Death. Skip this entire brand.
