TCL ROKU TV's the best in the market for the price and quality of TV.

We decided to convert the garage into another space for the family to play/relax/etc during the quarantine. We just needed something basic and figured it might get damaged in that environment. This has been a great TV and definitely has the value we were looking for. The build-in Roku has been really nice, avoiding the cost of a separate Chromecast/Roku/AppleTV. Zero regrets!

One of my favorite thing about this TV is that it's 55" and when I choose a TV show on Hulu, Youtube, or any other streaming services, it displays it so i can watch it and have something to talk about with my friends so I can be accepted by society. Thanks TCL, without you, I'd just be another outcast.

I purchased this TV for my mom so she can start looking at cancelling her TV service and start using streaming platforms for watching TV. The picture quality is just as good as the TV'S that I purchased for my house and the Roku interface is simple enough for her to operate. All in all if she is happy then I am happy.

This TV is not a popular brand however the picture is great and so is the price.

I love this TV. I bought this exact model about 2 years ago, used it for about a year and a half and then I moved to a new state and had to sell it. I loved the TV so much, after moving, I bought the exact same model again. The remote is nice and super easy to use too and has a minimalistic design. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for amazing value!

Very easy to navigate and awesome picture quality. The volume is on the low side.

This tv looked great and performed fine until the end of the 1 year which is what the warranty is. After a year, 3/4 of the screen got darker and started flickering. I contacted TCL and the only resolution they offered was to do a reset, which didnt do anything to solve the problem or take it to a third party technician. Thanks! Bottom line, based on my experience this tv is not of quality and doesnt last longer than a year. If you're going to gamble on it then either purchase extra warranty or just stay away and go with more reputable brands. I would not recommend this to friends.

I really love the size and image quality of this TV. However, the first TV we bought must’ve been messed up in manufacturing. The screen had 4 spots running horizontally across the screen. When I looked at the back of the TV the spots lined up perfectly with the screws on the back. Thankfully I was able to bring it back to Best Buy and they were able to switch it out for us. Our new one does not have the spots! Yay!

I have purchased this item online. It was in good condition just missing the box it had all of the acessories. When I went to the store they had some great sales on TVs they had a 70 inch TV for 199 I wanted to consider buying that rather than buying the TV that I had just purchased. But when I spoke to the sales rep he said you're getting a brand new TV in perfect condition with all of the acessories don't trade it in for the store display even though it's a bigger TV and a better. When I get home I realized that my TV had no legs so it was not able to stand. I also realized that it had no remote. And it had a sticker on the top of the TV that says 55 in. When I called the store they told me I was not tilted this play but it was clear that I was sold a display. I was told that I was more than welcome to come pick up a universal remote and I had the luxury of programming it to the TV. Also the TV was stuck in the display mode so it kept playing everything over and over and over and I had to spend over an hour and a half on the phone with Best Buy trying to figure out how to get it out of the display/store mode. The TV is great I'm sure if it came with everything that is actually supposed to. I do not blame that on the manufacturer .

First time I have experienced Roku and this TV is great!! During the day I use it for work, splitting screen into Four quadrants, and then at night I catch up on my Amazon prime. The Best Buy professionals dropped it off as scheduled, made sure I pulled it into my apartment while maintaining social distancing!! Will definitely do again if I need anything else from Best Buy!!
