Good deal on entry level 4k tv. Alittle tough getting it to work correctly with my old LG sound bar. But once everything was set in the sound settings its great. Very clear picture.

I’ve experienced Smart TVs over the last several generations, and this one for its cost is great! The built in speakers are decent enough, but, at minimum, Soundbar is a must for fuller sound, esp if you want Subwoofer availability. For that, I have an Onkyo receiver and Infinity speakers, so I do not have a soundbar. Roku/TCL have delivered on the UI as well. Decent and flowing well, in that, none of the ‘go all the way back up’, the menu just keeps scrolling. Selectable themes for the UI, adds a nice touch. Available Apps are pretty standard of most of the streaming services, including AppleTV! For $ paid, I am not disappointed.

Have owned this TV for 4 months and it’s exceeded our expectations. Don’t read into the price. The picture is great and it offers everything the major brands offer. Great TV.

Was looking for a good bargain on a 55" TV. Found this one for a great price. Love the Roku interface and the functionality. Bought a TCL Soundbar to go along with the TV and can control both with the same remote.

Power surge messed up our two Samsung TVs, so we decided to purchase this one for the price. Picture quality took some time to get used to (not that great). We also have the following issues: picture sometimes jumps around or flickers and the HDMI cables connecting the TV to cable box caused several problems in the beginning. We would get an error message that the channels were not supported or it could not find the cable box. What year are we in? Pros: Roku works like a gem! For a $150 - 200/more I would purchase a better quality TV with a surge protector. Just a thought!

Roku functions smooth with no buffering. Nice picture. Even the sound isn’t horrible. You’d think a 55 inch 4K TV under $300 would be trash, but TCL proves everyone wrong.

I had previously bought the same brand but 65 inches, so this one is a mini version of the big one. I like especially the Roku TV system, very easy visually to use . a baby could do it.

Excellent price for a beautiful picture on this Bluetooth equipped, Android TV. I liked the voice activated remote. Recommend! 4.5/5

I had previously bought a TLC smart tv and I love it. So, decided to get a bigger one for my family room. The smart tv is easy to use and you may add as much as apps as one wants.

For a less expensive TV- this is fantastic. We are using it on a porch, and without live sports, I cannot accurately comment on the refresh rate, but- it is a great value!

My son bought this TV for himself and he really loves it. The picture and the sound on it is wonderful. I’m even thinking about replacing my living room TV with this one

Super affordable and amazing quality. I spent weeks trying to decide if buying a bigger tv was a good idea because they are so expensive but I don’t regret this purchase at all!

This Roku Tv was a great deal with the holiday pricing. Since I already use 2 Roku devices in my home and was familiar it was easy to set up and I was watching TV within munutes.

TCL 55” is a great TV for the size and price, It also shows a good picture. I recommend this TV brand for anyone looking to get a larger size flatscreen for a good price.

Great screen resolution, very easy to use/add/remove apps. Sound quality is not the best, but acceptable. Great features for the price when compared to other brands.

Needed slightly bigger than what we had and this was the perfect upgrade in size. Love the Roku and being able to have all the app channels, especially the appleTv app

Great price, sound is awesome and so is picture. Finally decided to get a TV bigger than 32". This got great reviews online and so far is just what I needed.
