It was almost time for you guys to close and on top of that there was a accident right by the curb pick up and a super long line. My son ran inside and a employee said we are close. My son said I'm here to pick up my moms tv and another nice sweet employee said it's ok I'll go get it for him . Bless her I didn't get her name. Thank you
