We bought this and sold it in the beginning of the year because we moved into our camper for the summer. Once we went back to an apartment and we decided we needed another TV, it was as simple as walking in and pointing. There is nothing I can say negative about this TV, just buy it and you will love it.

I had been looking at the tcl for some time and finally decided that the price was right. For just under $300 I got the series 5 UHD 4k 55" smart TV from tcl and honestly the picture is great the refresh rate is phenomenal. I play battlefield 4 and use it for my guitar learning software and the sound distortion is on point even with the guitar

Got this TV yesterday-saved a boat load compared to name brands. I was a little leery about buying a TV brand that I never heard of. I absolutely love this TV. The picture is great. Easy to set up and perfect for my office waiting area. Would definitely recommend to others. It's a better picture than my Sony that I have at home.

Great picture, easy to use, love sound , great price

The TV is excellent,great picture and sound, but the remote takes some getting used to. The remote is small and doesn't have number buttons for direct channel access. The volume controls and mute are on the side of the remote and I often press them when using the remote. Lots of great features for a decent price.

So easy to use and high quality picture. I own an LG OLED so I know what a good picture is and this TV actually delivers very close to the same quality. This TV is very easy to use and the user interface, user experience (UI/UX) is very compelling and makes for trouble-free navigation and viewing.

Funny I had the best cup of chocolate milk there ever was. I sat it next to the tv and turn to see what my granddaughter wanted went towards her and my daughter was throwing something to her which was a mile off target and hit me in the face. My glasses flew off I fell down pushed a chair into the glass of milk which spilled everywhere. During the course of cleaning up I took the shortcut of just moving my tv forward a bit instead of unhooking some stuff and putting it on the floor. I walked into the kitchen to get more towels and you guessed it BOOM the tv fell over and cracked the screen. I had to put the old tv back there which I dont like there because its too small and I cant see it very well from where the seating is. This happens to be right around my birthday so I went online at Best Buy and found this great deal. I love my new tv. Always finding great deals here. Glad I came back to Best Buy after not shopping there for 10+ years but thats another story lol. Moral of the story dont take shortcuts

I was amazed by this tv when we got it home and setup. I wasn’t expecting much with the price point, but boy was I wrong. This tv has a great picture and a built in Roku! Just love when a bargain turns into a diamond in the rough.

Great tv for the price. Easy to use specially of you are a roku lover. Easy to connect to a sound bar. It does not have a lot of settings and adjustments but if you need a basic tv with great picture quality you won’t regret it, specially for the price. The remote is pretty much the same as the roku device.

My bedroom window is facing to the west. Unlike some review written, There is no glare on the tv as you can see in the picture below.

Had the 40 inch version before this one and was ready to upgrade. Really like the brand and convenience of everything being on the home screen. I use it for gaming and streaming. Easy to navigate and picture looks good. It's not a Samsung QLED quality tv so dont look for that sort of picture but it is good for its value.

Very good value. Perfect size. Great picture. I love the Roku built in and ability to pick from any of my streaming entertainment choices. Addition of streaming Comcast cable is great - don't need an additional cable box. Audio could probably be slightly better but still good - just being picky.

So I am not familiar with TCL. But for the price, this is an amazing TV. The VA panel is beautiful. Colors and brightness are as good as Samsung 6000 series for so much cheaper. The built-in Roku app is great and responsive. My Samsung UHD TV feels so slow compared to TCL. Overall an amazing TV for around $350.

The quality of picture image is great. I am still having difficulty adjusting the sound settings. It seems that when a song or specific part on a movie comes on the sound gets louder. I have also had difficulty with the WiFi staying connected to the tv. It seems that you have to reconnect every time you turn on, but overall it was great for its price.

Needed to upgrade Bedroom TV and wanted Roku built in so that I could use the Spectrum App instead of paying $8.00 a month for cable box. Streaming is as fast as cable. Picture is unbelievable. I also have an expensive 65” Samsung TV in my family room and it competes well with it. Not many bells and whistles but I could be happy with a TCL being my primary TV. Was easy to mount. If buying for primary TV I suggest a sound bar but it’s fine as is for bedroom. Best $300 deal I have come across.

Good TV for the price. My sister has this unit so I already knew what I was getting when I bought one. After about 8 months her tv would randomly shut down out of no where and boot back up. She also has 2 toddlers who have smeared yogurt all over the thing so who knows. Haha. But uh, I recommend getting the 5 year warranty just in case. Nothing digital is perfect.

This tv is exactly what I imagine it to be I heard great things about this company and the proof is in the pudding Great quality picture sound,easy access and set up,free movies and channels you can watch without fees.I highly recommend this product am in love couldn't ask for a better deal and profuy.

There isn't really anything that I'm not happy about with this purchase!! The ease of setting it up was such a plus. Being that I already have a Roku this made it even easier. Connecting my XBox and Satelite was such an easy process also. The Roku interface makes it easy to do whatever I want with the TV.
