Good tv but local antenna scans work only briefly

The only real problem with this is that when you scan for live TV antenna stations they work only briefly. If you wanna watch the local news you have to rescan local channels every single time you want to watch. It’s really time consuming and annoying especially when one of the primary reasons for purchasing is because newer tvs have better over air reception. Best Buy reps in Emeryville said they could come out and look for $129 or I could just pay to subscribe to YouTube local for a subscription fee. Go figure! The solution is to pay more not actually get what you already paid for. It’s a bummer but I still like the TV and unfortunately I only had less than two weeks to return it and didn’t notice it until then.

TCL 55" Class 5 QLED

Only reason for three stars was that the box was opened previously (the box was mangled on the bottom). Realized this when I got home, not much I could do about it as Best Buy couldn't verify it was someone else who did it and not me. Little disappointing they wouldn't disclose that and it felt like once I was home they made sure to load it and not show the bottom. Anyway the TV seems okay up to this point. Only issue has been one time the screen "turned off" but the volume was still on. I just powered it down and turned back on, its worked fine since.
