For the price I got this tv it is an excellent value. The problem I noticed was it would restart by itself at random times. Went online to troubleshoot but nothing seemed to work. Finally disconnected wifi and ran an Ethernet cable. TV never screwed up again. Must have a lousy adapter.

The TV is good, sometime the apps are not responding during that time I removed power cable and inserted after that works fine

Great deal for the price. The smart interface is simple and helpful. Brightness and color work well for me. Only thing I notice that isn't great is the off angle viewing, but it's a cheaper TV, so I didn't expect much more than that. I don't use the built in sound, but it seems ok.

I love the tv an its functionality. The only flaw i would say it has is, you cant apple screen play from the wifi. You would have to get an adapter for your phone an hook it up through hdmi if youd like to do that instead. The speakers also are ok. For me i would rather just get a sound bar . Its all personal preference. Other than those quality of life things i feel this was a great ourchase

Pros: - Excellent picture and features - Fantastic overall value - Great gaming features - Google TV is a really good service Cons: - Setup takes well over 30 minutes - Everything but the screen turns on with Quick Start (which is on by default). Turning Quick Start off means TV takes good 10-15 seconds to boot up every time you turn it on. HOPEFULLY THIS IS FIXED IN A FUTURE UPDATE. - Speakers are bad quality

Not too bad, for the Black Friday price for a bedroom tv I can’t complain. Viewing angles are about the worst I’ve seen out of any tv colors are a tad off but brightness is good motion is great for 60hz panel. So far so good but wouldn’t pay full price no issues this far.

I got this on sale for $199 and it was a game changer for me. Coming from a 2017 TCL 4 series, this TV is like going from a TN panel monitor to a IPS for the first time. The multi array backlighting through mini LED makes the color/brightness even. I have bad vision so this TV is so bright compared to my old TV. Double the contrast as my old one and this one supports Dolby Vision.

I like this TV. The picture quality is good. My only complaint is there's no permanent way to disable audio (AD) description for certain shows. It's annoying to have to disable AD for each episode.

Great picture, crap software and very glitchy after 1.5 years. I was skeptical when purchasing this because I’ve never had a great experience with TCL (they’re always in hotels and air bnbs). But it was cheap so I purchased this. From the start it was a bit glitchy but I dealt with it. Fast forward 1.5 years and my tv is almost unusable. I’d never recommend to anyone and will never purchase a TCL again.

Picture quality is great and size is good but the image started to get lines in different places that would move. I would give it a much lower rating but the warranty process was pretty smooth and they sent me a new one for free.

This TCL TV has an outstanding picture and decent sound, but the user interface is not ready for prime time. Most of the time, the response to the remote is sluggish at best. It has problems with simple things like changing volume while it is navigating to an app. The TV seems to lock up for several seconds to minutes when multiple commands are executing at once. Voice search/control is hit or miss at best. The Google TV interface is very busy and is obviously designed to generate clicks on Google preferred content - definitely not content related to my viewing habits. Multiple clicks every time to access my content selections every time. No way to set a default input, so the input must be selected manually at the beginning or end of every time that the TV is used. My year old Fire Stick provides a more responsive and cleaner interface than this Google TV interface, so I may switch to that for the time being. This TV does not seem to be compatible with my Optimum remote control, so turning on the TV and volume control are a two remote process. Optimum and TCL support have been very quick to respond to this issue, but neither has offered a solution that works. I would definitely recommend this TCL TV for the picture and sound, but I would probably stay away until Google TV is ready to work better.

A baby came home and broke our regular use TV and we had to replace in a Jiffy so we got this TV right away with a sales man help, we got a great deal on it and the features it offers for the price is great. Sound is Dolby ATS, Dolby vision— and works so well since last couple years with a daily use for hours

Excellent picture, got it on sale for $200 and its well worth the money. Only issue is its just a tad bit laggy at times but catches back up quickly.

Bought this TCL TV in Black Friday 2022. It has worked awesome and had many family movie night. Picture quality is better than other TV's I have seen in the market.

Great picture quality but google os is absolutely terrible

This tv was a great sale but the OS or UI leaves something to be desired. It is super slow and freezes often. Other than that the picture quality is amazing.

Overall, very good TV, especially for the price that I bought it at. Very good with colors, but there is some banding in the contrast that can be seen, especially with dark scenes. Bright scenes show everything that this TV is capable of.

Got it on sale for two hundred dollars Black Friday. Great TV for the price
