After 2 years no issues. The picture quality is very good. Very reliable and works well with my soundbar and subwoofer.

The tv was really cheap and has great colors. I bought it for black friday and still using it as a secondary tv.

Loved the picture quality. My complaint was the lack of Bluetooth. Caused me to return. I could not easily set up my existing stereo system without it. I am not a fan of Roku, but could overlook it. Lack of Bluetooth was a deal killer. It never occurred to me that it would not be BT ready.

I've been using this TV for a couple of months now, and it's been a fantastic experience. The smart features are easy to navigate, and the portal interface is user-friendly. The picture clarity is top-notch, and the sound is crisp and clear. Definitely worth the investment

Great picture good price bestbuy made it easy to buy fast and effortless. Shopped and researched bestbuy had the best price. Much better tv than the one it replaced that cost much more! Sound isn’t great, tinny.

Very good tv for this budget. After an year use tv kind of started responding slow but it can resolved resetting

Great TV to have in your LivingRoom or hang at BedRoom Wall. Purchased this on Good Friday and thanks to BestBuy - I got a very very good deal. After one year ,, it’s still working perfectly as new. And a great decor for my living room.

Good picture quality and value for money. Would recommend for anybody looking for a budget 4K QLED.

Clear picture. Main menu moves a little slow upon start up. All a good tv for the price.

When it first came out there were some bugs. TCL has since resolved the issue I was experiencing.

Got it for $199 during thanksgiving. This has google tv, dolby vision and dolby atomos. The processing isn’t fastest. But for the price it’s a steal

Our Fire tv was always a pain and it was about to die so we did some quick research and picked this one up. The price was great compared to similar and even lesser options. The image quality is good. I prefer this interface to our firetv 1000x.

I love the tv picture for the price. I have issues getting it to turn on and the voice matching with love tv/live streaming. It could be my issue.

Bought at an unbelievable price during Thanksgiving, the picture quality is great, sound is adequate, just wish I had bought 65 or 75" instead. Using it as a dumb TV with fire stick, did not activate the Google part. Thanks.

Based on the reviews here and other people who bought from the same location I got, it looks like it is a hit or miss TV. If you are lucky you get a very good panel and for some other people the TVs really suck. I got this during the BF 200$ price deal, and probably that could be part of the issue where they were trying to clear up a whole bunch of bad sets. I have been trying to get a good picture quality with different setting changes but no luck so far. If a setting works nicely with OTA channels, the same doesn't work for Youtube/Netflix and the settings that look good for Youtube/Netflix don't work for Prime/HBO Max or OTA. So it has been a painful experience. Definitely not a set and forget kind of TV. Also, the settings which I apply during a TV show don't remain the same all the time. For example when I am watching something on Youtube, the settings work until there is a ad in between the show. Now all of a sudden the picture goes dark, and it remains dark even after the program starts back after the ad. I can still see the picture but the brightness is very low. I keep watching the show and after a couple more ads, the picture quality goes back to the normal. I am not sure if it is the google OS or if I got a bad panel. I know of folks who paid more for the same TV don't have these issues, and also a couple folks who got the BF deal and don't have thse issues.

This TV is really good for the price. The Google TV interface is a nice change from Roku and brings the shows I'm most likely to want to watch to the main screen. It also lets you search across all streaming services which is great.
