Setup is cumbersome and it gets finicky when powering up. You have to be at the right angle, height and distance for the remote to work. Hindsight, should have spent a few extra dollars for a higher quality TV. But, ok for the grandkids' playroom.

The remote is both IR and Bluetooth(BT). The remote will function as an IR remote until Google assistant is connected (BT), after the remote is connected through BT, then only the power button will function as IR, the rest of the buttons will work on BT. We decided for the tcl and are very happy with the sharpness of its image. Very easy to operate as well.

A55x4 CPU, 2GB memory

According to AIDA64, the CPU of the TV is A55x4 clocked at 1.3Ghz (a bit disappointing for a 2022 model). It has 2GB memory (also not terrific), and the storage should be 16G (with about 10.5G available), which I find to be adequate. One thing I don't particularly like is the lack of buttons like play/pause, stop, and channel up/down on the remote, which makes it less convenient with certain apps (e.g. Kodi).
