For 199, they are great TV's. As someone else said, they're pretty avg for 399. One of the 2 that I purchased came broken and, because they didn't have any more close by, I was able to talk a supervisor into giving me a 55" S555 for the same 199. That is unbelievable, as the S555 is superior to the S546 in almost every way. The S546 has a great picture, but the google software is clunky and laggy, even after updating. I'm happy with my purchase

The only way to 'get it back' is to unplug it from the power, wait for awhile, then plug it in again. It will reboot and and work fine until the 'next' time. I recently upgraded my ROKU device and have yet to have the problem...soooo, not sure if it was the TV or ROKU. My belief is it is the TV. Time will tell.

My second RCL TV

I went to the showroom and the salesman showed me several to choose from and I chose this one. The picture is unbelievable clear and sharp, the Roku interface is great, It has the additional input I required and the price was very reasonable. This is my second TCL TV and I love them.

We didn't realize we were living in the stone age with out old smart TV- it's really nice how you can search universally across all apps for a show or movie. Works great with my husband's TCL phone and my iphone- we can control TV features from our phone and use as a remote! Very helpful feature when kids are involved- misplacing the remote frequently. I could go on, but it's a good one.

I can’t really use my Alexa to turn it on completely still have to use the button on the remote slightly inconvenient. The picture quality is decent you get what you pay for.

Its sharp, great colors and handles 4k like a charm. Speakers are good on this hng The bad: TV is slow. switching on YouTube TV takes an eternity. The built in Software is terrible is terrible to setup, day one i had to reset the cache and google play services to get YouTube TV and Disney + downloaded. Every now and then we have to unplug the TV for it to come back to file. While the TV was a good deal, I wouldn't recommend it.
