Amazing tv, one of the best and most affordable picks you can get in the 55 inch led tv range Been using it for 2 years not has a single issue

I brought this TV on BF sale for $524. I'm very much happy about the purchase. BestBuy's service was commendable. They price matched the product for $380. I would say it's the best TV in this price line. My kids love playing video games on this TV. I like the Google TV's recommendations. Brought 4 game controllers to play split-screen games and to have some family fun time. Had some graphics issues while playing a game. TCL pushed a software update that fixed the issue. Great service from TCL and BestBuy. I strongly recommend this TV. It delivers a great picture and sound quality. Best for UHD videos and gaming. Recommend a sound bar for VX/surround effects.

Great picture and easy to operate. Was skeptical of buying a TCL tv as we were not familiar with the brand. The sales associate assured us it was a great tv and he was right! Price was great as well.

Honestly a nice tv. Its still a 60hz but it gets the job done.

Excellent value especially when on sale for $200! I also have a 65" 4-Series Roku TCL and this Google 55" QLED 5-Series looks and works actually much better. The remote feels much better (Roku remote is too short/small and not very ergonomic) The only thing I don't like is that you have to create or have a google account. I know it's a smart TV and it's useful to unlock it's full potential. But if you only want to use it for Netflix or so there is no need for big brother watching every step of you. I know there are ways around it but there should be a simple option to opt out and still be able to use it. I have other smart TVs which do not require that, so it is possible.

I was watching for a sale on this TV $350ish was the price I was trying to find, $199 was a no brainer. Wow, this TV is awesome! The screen is so vibrant, and Google TV works well, so far like it better than Ruku. Seems they fixed the issues I've read about. The TV has lots of settings you can make to the image, so you can get the image how you like it. The speakers sound okay & loud, but like other TVs a sound bar is a better way to watch movies. If BB gets more of these in at this price don't hesitate buy it you will not be disappointed.

Picture on the TV is nice. Too many steps to set it up though and the sound isn't great. Also, there is not a sleep timer on the TV which is huge for me. If there is a fast moving action type show on then the picture gets blurry. Next time I know to do my homework first before purchasing. Overall not thrilled with the TV but threw the box away and can't return in

Got this tv on sale during black friday for 200 dollars and its dang good for the money. Didnt really have high expectations but it has far exceeded what i wanted in a mid priced tv!

This TV provides great value for the price. Picture is good google tv system is easy to use. The only downside is that the TV wakes up super slow and sometimes cannot even wake up unless you reboot it.

I went there to get different TV. But they couldn't find the TV I ordered. So they gave me a brand new tv with the same price of my original order.

This tv has great picture. Excellent color and sound. Very thin and light. I put it in my game room and it’s exactly what I wanted

This is TCL’s first attempt to use Google TV as its operating system. The UI is intuitive but different from the Roku interface. Picture and sound quality are good but I did have to tweak the settings a bit to get the pictures I want. Not all apps are working (CNN for one). Not sure if it’s CNN’s or Google’s problem. Overall, it has good potential to be a great TV once Google TV becomes more mature.

Not too bad but google smart tv is slowish at the start so I rather just add a firetv to it or something
