The picture quality of the TV is really great. We bought this primarily for Netflix & Amazon Prime Video. It looks superb on UHD HDR. Only issue I felt is sound is not upto the mark but you can fix it by buying a 5.1 soundbar. I wish the software was a bit faster (It lags quite a bit). Overall good purchase for the price. PS - We bought the TV during Black Friday sale for $200 + taxes.

Not too bad but google smart tv is slowish at the start so I rather just add a firetv to it or something

TV has some minor issues but overall it performed well. Never hanged, responds very fast. Google TV is one best feature, allows seamless connectivity with Mobile and integration of apps

I m using this product for 2 years. It work well. Software and interface are work well together, screen quality is really good. I m very pleased.

I bought this tv to replace an older one in a guest bedroom that i use as an office. I figured for the price it would do the job. I love the picture quality and i love the android tv interface. I bought it on sale so that made the tv even better. I'm not a gamer so but sure how it would do in gaming for for general use you can go wrong. The image quality is certainly above average.

Got this on a great Black Friday sale, so from that perspective the TV was an absolute steal. Being a QLED, the picture on it is really nice, extremely bright and just needed a little tweaking out of the box. Have not used the Google TV as i have a Roku plugged in, so i cannot comment on that. EArc works without a problem to a Monoprice soundbar, though the sound was surprisingly decent for builtin speakers, but the soundbar is the way to go. Again, what I paid for it, I'm very happy. If you are on a budget, this is a really good bang for the buck option to consider.

Knowing what I know now, I would have got the TCL Roku model. Roku has Xfinity Stream app available. Aside from that, the picture is great. The price was good.

Got for $200 on early black friday deal. Cant beat that price for a 4k 55 inch smart tv. Color and contrast are really good. Should’ve bought two.

Hard to beat for the money, but a few quirks. Sometimes the internet connection doesn't work and it is hard to know why or when it happens. I will be watching YoutubeTV, go to switch channels and it will just go black and I have to reset the wifi on the TV to get it to work. Other days, it works just fine. The picture is good and it seems to work well otherwise.

Good buy for the money. Not the sharpest picture but it works well. You'll probably want a sound bar to go with it though.

Takes a lot of adjustment to get a good picture. Don't lose the remote - your universal remote won't get you from the home screen to your desired input device. That's a pain - now I have to look for 2 remotes each time I want to watch TV! Comparable Samsung is better, in my opinion, but the sales associate recommended the TCL over the Samsung.

OS is very easy to like. I was worried but ended up liking it better than Roku. It’s OS is close to the fire layout.

Great value. A easy to use app would be a benefit for this product. A larger remote would be even better.

This actually my second TCL 55" Google TV. Both the 5 series and 6 series have been great. I have transitioned from the roku interface to google tv interface. I like how the system is so highly integrated to my various TV services. The TCL remote is simple to use. The picture on both TVs is extremely crisp and my examples seem to have no flaws like dead pixels. The internal speakers are as good as any I've had in my flat panel TVs. I would suggest getting a TCL sound bar for the main TV. I hope to get a 65" 6 series for use in our living room, as these Google TVs are top value.

Excellent tv with excellent picture. I’ve had TCL Roku tvs and the Google set up takes some time to get used to. However, once you use it for a few days, it’s easy to use.
