    picture is excellent. connects well with my yamaha soundbar. interface is wretched. google tv is so slow that I no longer use it and bought a roku stick and have the tv boot to that device

    TV works well, picture quality is good for the price. Google TV software runs much smoother and less buggy than the andriod tv software I had on my last TV. Sometimes, not often, the remote has a delay in response but a quick reboot has fixed it.

    I bought the TV in October of 2022 and I'm already having issues. The TV is very nice when it works. A few weeks ago it started freezing and flickering. I called TCL and went through some troubleshooting steps, which didn't work. I was asked to take a video of the issue and email it to TCL and that they'd determine the next steps. They asked if I still have the box; I don't. They said that they'd send me one free of charge. Now I'm going to be without a TV for however long it takes them to resolve the issue. I should have paid extra and bought either a Samsung, LG, or Sony. I had a bad feeling about the build quality to begin with. I'm not a happy customer. I wish they'd pick up the TV and give me a new one. I'm sure that won't happen. Moral of the story, you get what you pay for.
