Slow to load apps. Slow to do anything. Well, that's not exactly true. It's quick to frustrate. I guess that's what you get with these "value" TVs. Oh well.

Great Deal if it lasts

The 5 series is considerable brighter than the low end 4 series. Contrast is much better. LED backlight went out on my 4 series after a few years, hopefully, this one lasts.

Beautiful and Sweet

The color is vividly bright, the sound is very good and it can be compared to higher end tvs by the picture image. I love my TCL and will be back for a 75 inch. Wonderful tv. Couldn't ask for more.

The options the picture the sound and apps make it a very nice package deal. Plus the price for everything that you get with tcl tvs make them an even better deal. I am always pleased with a tcl tv purchase.

I Love this TV!

The picture is so clear, sharp, and detailed that it looks almost 3D. Hockey games are must easier to watch because the sharper picture makes the puck easier to see. Great buy.

Junk... I wish they still made dumb TV's...

It has been disappointing. The picture quality is not bad however everything else is terrible. Pros: - Inexpensive - Picture quality is good Cons: - Android TV is pretty much always laggy but gets really bad at times - Refresh rate is low/delayed video when gaming - Speakers aren't great - Auto volume control doesn't work well

Great color and quality, needs buttons

Picture color and quality are great on this model. Only downfall is there aren’t any buttons on the tv itself to change inputs or power on and off.

Sound is not as good as a Samsung QLed tv but still good enough for movie watching and gaming. Tv control is simplistic and compact. To summarize, I am very happy with my purchase.

Just need to put some good quality HDMI cables so you can get a clean and bright picture. I have no complaints about this TV and will be buying another in the near future.

Pretty good tv

I do have an issue with the power button. The remote has to be aimed directly at the tv to power on and off, and you have to hold the button for a second.
