No Spectrum on TCL

No one told us that TCL does not have Spectrum TV on it's Smart TV system. We had to purchase Roku to pick up Spectrum. Installers were excellent.

A ltittle slow at first but after a week, its been pretty smooth. Had to do some calibrations for better color accuracy but over all i love it!

However, bestbuy was able to return the TV and replace it with the same model. This TV picture is great for the price range.

Great sound and picture most of the time. Still having a hard time with the picture settings. They seem to jump around and change each time you turn on the TV.

Best QLED TV for the price!

The picture is amazing! I'm playing Forza 5 and it looks so lifelike. I can't believe I got this on sale for $199.99 at Best Buy during the Black Friday sales event 2022.

Must have If you’re in the market for a budget tv with a lot of bang for the buck

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, the picture is great, the interface is nice, and the customer service through TCL has been friendly, but the TV has to be unplugged and then plugged back in frequently in order for it to turn back on after use. Customer support had me try a couple different things to try to fix it, but no luck. This started immediately with the tv, so after 2 weeks of calling them, we are returning the TV in hopes that a new one won't have this same issue. If the new one works fine then I will update the review. Hoping we just got the only one with issues.

Can be glitchy with apps. Often kicks me out of Netflix, so I end up just using my XBox to watch Netflix instead.

The setup was user friendly, the remote is logically laid out and the picture exceeds my expectations regarding vivid color accuracy, brightness, and side angle viewing. Then also consider it’s price and you have a slam dunk deal in terms of price to performance.
