TCL 4k TV issues

However, most of the time when you turn it on, you have to turn it on, TWICE, sometimes more. Then you have to search for the settings to get to which HDMI port or other channel. If it wasn't for the picture quality, I'd send this thing back.

very bad, frustrating

When I called customer service 4-5 times they just did troubleshoot, which didnt help.

Issues with the slow interface

I did not enjoy the interface as it was very slow moving between apps as well as powering on the TV. Sometimes powering on the TV would just show a black screen and required to be turned off then back on. Otherwise it's an okay TV you get what you pay for.

I love it, and the Google TV

I was afraid because some reviews were saying that the Smart App was a bit slow, but for me, it is working perfectly, really smooth. So far I've used Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Crunchyroll, Youtube, and a few more and they have been working quickly. Also, the mic on the control works perfectly. I do not regret my purchase and I would recommend it! I see a big difference from TVs that are $100 cheaper. The sound is not perfect, but I was expecting that, so no big deal.

Picture Quality not worth the problems

Blacks are very deep and colors are vibrant. However, I had to return the TV after 1 week due to non stop frustrations. 1) WiFi usually doesn't work. Always disconnects, and eventually stopped connecting all together. And I have fiber Internet so there's no issue there. 2) Apps are useless. Most of the apps I was able to download would constantly crash. Some didn't open at all. Needed to buy a Amazon stick as the smart features were useless. 3) Android Home was not able to connect to Google account. 4) HDMI 3 just didn't work...at all. Overall, this TV was just more problems than entertainment. I may have gotten a melon that an exchange could have fixed, but I decided to go with another brand, and have had a much better experience.

Beautiful Picture
