Decent "QLED" TV

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Build quality - build quality is average feels a little bit on the cheap side and decent design if you are into desing Picture - over all the picture is not that bad colors are really nice and bright if you put it on vivid the colors will pop but it has a draw back the grey and the white levels are not even meaning you can see a little bit shadowing Gaming - This is the one that caused this tv a 3 star and i know its not a gaming tv so i dont expect it to be awesome but the colors are horrible when it comes to HDR and dolby Vision

Poor service

I recently put it up and it keeps restarting and freezing. TCL told me that it is not under warranty and there is nothing they can do. Now I have a 55 inch paper wiat on my wall. It was only up for a month and a half. I tried everything that was suggested and it still useless. I should of spent the extra and purcased a known brand. Lesson learned. Never again.

Not a good buy ; bad experience

You get what you pay for
