Poor service

I recently put it up and it keeps restarting and freezing. TCL told me that it is not under warranty and there is nothing they can do. Now I have a 55 inch paper wiat on my wall. It was only up for a month and a half. I tried everything that was suggested and it still useless. I should of spent the extra and purcased a known brand. Lesson learned. Never again.

Crappy tv

Gave it to my mom as a present and boy do I regret it. Nothing but issues. Kept turning off and screen kept going black. She kept calling the company they kept stalling and giving her a bunch of sliced Bologna. Finally they sent a replacement. It was crushed and broken upon arrival. Got another replacement and this one is working worse than first one. Keeps turning off and updating the software. What a pile of garbage this tv is. Throwing it out and getting something more reliable hopefully.
