TV went out exactly 1 year and 14 days after purchase, conveniently after the manufacturers warranty expired. I’ve bought televisions for years and NEVER had one go out within a year! Terrible product!

Good enough for average TV user

My biggest issue is the picture looks “grainy” in dark scenes of movies and video games. Other than that if all you need is a nice big TV to casually watch TV and movies, then go for it. However, I myself do plan on returning it and getting a better one. Also, it doesn’t sound the best either.

Don’t purchase

It’s not even a year old and it freezes or shows a black screen or just doesn’t work at all. I finally went back to my old tv because it took too much hassle to try to get the tv to work.

Not worth buying TCL. After 1 year it does not wor

Called TCL customer care, they simply washed their hands saying its usual for this model after 1 year. Since manufacture warranty only covers 1 year they cannot do anything. Now relying on best buy to solve the issue.

In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. HDR is not the best

Replaced 55 inch Samsung 4k

TV developed powering issues 2 days after purchase

It would shut off while in the middle of washing something whether the TV was on 5 minutes 10 minutes an hour or two hours. Sometimes it wouldn't power up right away it would then boot loop like three or four times before it stayed on or when you did turn it on it would take about two or three minutes before any display came up it just sat there with a black screen. The sound was incredibly tinny and weak with absolutely no value at all the speakers were horrible. The picture quality was amazing though nice clear vivid 4K I was very happy with that.
