    Came completely intact but non functioning- Best Buy won't do anything because I dont have GeekSquad and TCL wants to send a tech out in 3weeks. SKIP BEST BUY and SKIP TCL

    It’s a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY TV. It just blew up this morning. Got it January 2022. Had it 16 months. The crazy thing is it’s hardly ever watched. Never again.

In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     Great full array for the price. Gets a little "blothcy" if you turn on Auto HDR and other features. Would recommend again for price point.

    Tv came damaged and workers quickly went back to store and returned with a new one. Install was quick and efficient

    Horrible tv, randomly kicks you out of app and starts flashing the loading screen. The speakers aren’t bad and the picture isn’t that great. Will be returning. I’ve had the tv for about 3 months

    TRASH TV!!! RETURNED 2 SETS!!! BESTBUY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! I SPENT 2 DAYS (13 HOURS IN TOTAL trying to get help with a return and exchange) SOFTWARE SUCKS!!! TERRIBLE PROCESSING!!!     Not the best for upscaling cable tv but other than that and for a sale price of 199.99 you cant beat it
