    TCL TV has a great picture and great value for the price, however I returned due to the TV software system rebooting itself every time I would power it on

    Product I got was damaged, bought new one for thanks giving, screen is damaged straight out of package

    As other reviews mentioned, this device is very laggy. It is extremely buggy, frequently freezing and restarting. I cannot use any app for more than 30 minutes before the device crashes. TCL customer service is unhelpful and does not attempt to resolve issues. The picture is good.

    Do Not Buy large TCL TVs

    We have had this TCL 55 inch for less than a year. It has a line through the screen and we went to Best Buy for support. With 55 inch TCL TVs, you have to go to TCL first even though we have tech support. TCL has been asking for pictures of the screen showing the line which is present to the naked eye but less present when trying to take a picture. So we are in a cycle of back and forth emails and TCL saying they can't see the issue.
