    It took about 10 minutes to turn it on in the morning. Not user friendly. At times it would just cut off.

    Horrible screen flickering, screen would turn off suddenly, sometimes it’s a black screen with only audio working, and finally it would dim much darker and require a full reset to work again. I’ve contacted support multiple times and tried their fixes and the TV still didn’t work. Also the blacks were more greys in some shows but the video quality overall wasn’t bad.

    Screen randomly goes blank. Picture quality isn’t great. Ads all over Home Screen. Remote has a lag.

    Open box issues

    I can't speak to the quality of the Tv or software. Open Box Excellent but didnt have a remote or a power cable in the box. I picked it up myself. According to phone and chat support my option is to go back to the physical store. I suggest any repackaged items are opened in the store before you leave.

    Died in 3 hours - solid color bar down left side. Paid for Geeksquad Protection Plan. Contacted Geeksquad help. No help until TCL warranty is up. Useless Geeksquad. No stars for Best Buy Geeksquad. TCL helpline is not open on weekends. Stuck with dead TV for the weekend. No stars for TCL.

    Don't buy!

    Do not buy! I have already replaced once for issues with overheating and constant resets. Now with a new unit and 2 months of use it has started presenting the same issue, can not use for longer than 45 minutes or 10 if connected to new gen console (PS5). Audio fails and there is no response from TCL.

    Ouch I got a $200 lemon. Returned.

    I was beyond excited to get in on the Black Friday price. One small problem: screen lasted 4 hrs before the right side of the screen started glitching and the bottom of the screen had horizontal lines appearing and disappearing. Returned it a few days later.

    Terrible TV. Slow to turn it on or turn off. Some apps do not load, Peacock and Hulu live is so slow. Going through the guide is painful. I stream everything. Strong signal in the room so that's not the issue and it is plenty fast. TCL was not any help.

    Worst tv we have ever purchased. Only turns on part of the time, screen goes black intermittently, turns on on its own and blasts sound with no picture. Stay far away from this tv. I’d return it if I could, but Best Buy won’t take it back

    TV is goo with color and with this price QLED TV is really good. However, the speed and the response of tv is very slow, and probably its because of the Google OS that I read in other reviews.

    TV slow to respond and could not get sound to work. Tried trouble shooting with TCL support to no avail. Picture not as great as I would have imagined. Much happier with my Sony Bravia.

    and I'm at my wits end with the TLC user interface. It's one of the worst I've experienced. It's really really really slow just to get through an app, open it, and start watching something. Then every once in a while the TV will freeze and not respond to your commands so you will need to restart the whole tv, maybe even unplug the tv if it's not responding for a while. But my favorite is when the tv just decided to shut down by itself, that doesn't happen often but when it does it's a treat and a surprise. Beside the TLC interface, the tv is great. The picture looks fantastic.
