The best Television I've ever bought. It's so much better than ..... Colors are vibrant unbelievable to the eye's. My boyfriend has a 60inch from another brand. He paid more and mine is so much better. It brings you end know matter what you are watching. If you're thinking about buying one. Do it you won't regret this investment. Best Buy has the best!

The TV works as described, fabulous picture, however you must understand it's a ROKU TV, meaning ROKU firmware, ROKU upgrades, ROKU rules. That understood it's a great value, and it's my second one. first one lasted 7 years without a hitch. Connected for local channels, Netflix and Prime as well as all the ROKU streaming stuff and I have plenty to watch. No cable TV here. Do your research and buy from best buy with confidence. (consider the in house warranty program, worth the price)

This is my 4th TLC TV. My 2nd 55inch , it’s a series 4 QLED. Other one is a series 6 4K a year older. I love the picture on it but I found it works way better plugged in to my router instead of WiFi... kept buffering. It is in my living room and I moved the Spectrum DVR to it from the other tv in the family room.great tv ... especially for the money. I only wish there was a way to direct tune on the Spectrum streaming app instead of scrolling thru the guide.

Easy to set up, hook up to internet, connect gaming consoles, and antenna. Great picture and good sound.

This tv replaced a 42" plasma that we had for a long time, we were originally going to replace it with a similar size, after looking at what was available at Best Buy for the price, size, and quality, it seemed like a no brainer. We mounted it on the wall and are very happy with the picture quality, the sound is very good from the tv speakers if you were to use just them,(we have a sound bar), so far we are very pleased with our purchase.

I have only had this tv for a few weeks but so far I really like it. It was very easy to set up and the picture quality is excellent.

Terrible viewing angles and sound is somewhat muted. Not enough adjustability for fine tuning the display or sound. All that being said, for the price, it’s a decent set for the bedroom. The built in Roku is great. The remote feels pretty flimsy compared to the remotes supplied with actual Roku streaming devices. You get what you pay for.
