A little disappointed

Definite issues with stutter or judder (not sure which would the correct term) on some tv shows and movies that are a few years older. Maybe has to do with frame rate, but not really sure. I’ve tried adjusting the picture settings every which way possible, but can’t seem to eliminate it. A little disappointed with the purchase so far. Have two other TCLs that are the 4 series and don’t notice this issue on either of those. Was expecting a little more since it’s a step up in model from those two.
