The picture and the value were the main reasons for purchasing. However, I did not expect the gremlins that have cropped up from time to time. First, ALEXA will turn the TV off, but will NOT turn it on. I can not tell where this problem lies. Next, the earc and HDMI1 is not recognized at times. Third, when watching Roku, it stops completely and resets to the power on (red screen)screen. The router is just a few feet away so the wifi connection is not the problem. I am a patient man, but I feel like it is time to decide whether these glitches are acceptable.

Value for price, this competes with the best. The 4k looks fantastic and the refresh rate does excellent. Set up was super smooth, with the roku interfaces, and the ARC jack paired instantly with my Sony sounds system and am able to control both instantly after.

TV works fine. Very difficult to set up A/V components. Spent several hours with the help line, unable to help! Finally was able to resolve the problem with outside help. Big mistake to have eliminated the RCA plugs on the TV.

Worth the money spent. I’ve never had a smart tv before but always wanted one because it seemed too good to be true. That was underplayed. It combines a tv, Apple TV, and any app you could ever want. All on one tv. And you can control it with your phone

Did my research on Roku TVs and this one came highly recommended. It is living up to its review. Loading speed is much better than my old Roku TV. I do not have the buffering problems that I used to experience as well.

Was looking for a nice TV with no input lag to play the game on and a great 4K display and this is the answer. Was going to get the Samsung TU500 but i am super glad I went with this TCL. TV is super nice and has all the features you need.

Great TV for the price and TCL has a great streaming platform. Needed a TV for my bedroom and this was a no brainer. Definitely looking into TCLs Series 6 8k TV as well as their TCL 8 Series which are their high end TVs.

This TV rocks! Image quality straight out of the box is PHENOMENAL! Sadly, the unit was too small for the room and I had to exchange it for a different brand. Sadly, that other brand just doesn't compare! My next TV must be a TCL!!!!!!!!!

This TV has done well for us and hasn't had any performance issues. It also syncs perfectly with the soundbar from the same brand. I haven't used it for gaming, but it we have used it for several streaming services.

I like the Roku TV so this was a perfect choice for me. It was a really good price as well and online order pick up was easy. Excellent customer service from the Best Buy team. I would recommend this tv.

Totally satisfied with the TCL 55" Class 5 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Roku TV. I use the Roku Remote App with Bluetooth over the ear headphones for private and amazing audio immersion.

We bought this as a gift for my mother! She is so happy with it! Her TV was eight years old and so she sees the vast differences between then and now. Great deal for sure!

I absolutely love this tv. It is very user friendly. I am not a tech geek, not even close so if you disagree with me that is why. I find it easy to maneuver around as I have been using Roku since its beginning, that helps.

I will never buy a Sony again. TCL makes them look like over priced shiny objects TCL is Clean Crisp User friendly Fast between apps And 1/3 the price of Sony.

I love it. Very bright. As good as a unit three times the price. Paid 429.00. Quite a bit off retail. Had an issue with tuner TCL customer service is awesome

Compatabllity with Cox Communication remote pair is difficult requires a very knoweldgable tech or you must use 2 remotes or pay extra for a 3rd party remote. Otherwise awesome picture.

Solid tv, great on the series x. This tv was bought after tons of homework at what was available, price, and features includes. It really camw out on top and im happy with my purchase.

We purchased this TV for a covered patio area and it has done fine. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on a TV outside so for the price, this TV is perfect.

Tv works great. But the first guys from geek squad were not good at all they did not finish and I requested new tech and they were great!!! But they all need booties they all dragged in snow
