Great TV for the price!

This tv checks all the boxes for a solid basic 4K tv with nice features. The speaker volume is pretty decent, you really don’t need a sound bar unless you need a lot of bass for gaming.

Not Bad For The Price Point

Yeah its not the most top of the line TV out there but for the price it looks great! I've had it for a few months now and am happy with the purchase.

I had high expectations for the QLED, especially based on the reviews. Unfortunately I have been let down dramatically. Regardless of the settings I use, the picture is essentially the same as the original TV. I have not seen the dynamic colors and contrast improvement I expected. All said, with the sale price it is an ok TV, but if you really want QLED quality I suggest spending a few more bucks.

There are options available to adjust the settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Panel has purple spots after 18 months

Should’ve gotten Geek Squad protection, just didn’t think of it when I bought it. Contacted TCL and was told they won’t help me since outside the 1 year warranty. Funny that, am disappointed I can’t buy something and expect it to work more than a couple years, especially something a costly as a TV
