Love my tv it’s so easy to get to what you are looking for. If I could change one thing I would get the stuff fixed with spectrum so I can get my spectrum App... My other TCL got grandfathered in but that’s in my room... Other wise amazing picture and easy to work

Great big smart TV with little to no problems. I love it!

TV picture is outstanding. Crystal clear picture and vibrant color ! Minor inconvenience with having to use two remotes (TV and cable). TV remote is required to “select cable box” as input. Cable remote performs all other functions (channel, volume, power on/off).

Great TV for the price, and easy to set up. Obviously not as high end as more expensive models, but really does a great job for an overall entertainment experience with gaming, TV, and movies.

I bought this 55 inch TV to replace a 42 inch, and selected the TCL based on good reviews and because it has built-in Roku since I was already familiar with it. It's easy to operate and has a beautiful picture. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

We were very comfortable with the Roku system, so after reading many positive technical and owner reviews on this TCL 5-series, decided to purchase. We have not been disappointed. Picture quality is excellent. Color was a bit over-saturated out-of-the-box; male actors looked like they were wearing lipstick, but it just took a little dialing down. Sound quality was surprisingly good, much better than the older LG it replaced. The only negative thing I could say is that sometimes there is a significant pause switching between menus. At first, I thought maybe the TV locked up, but after a few seconds, the menu appeared. Doesn't always happen, and I'm hoping a software upgrade will fix this. For the price point, this is a great deal.

Having owned one of the horrible, early TCL TV’s I almost couldn’t bring myself to purchase another one, but this TV does not disappoint. The first thing you’ll want to do is turn off Action Smoothing for every input and the Roku channels/apps. Why manufacturers think the Soap Opera Effect is anything but horrible is a mystery. Then spend some time adjusting the brightness and contrast. It’s way overblown out of the box. There’s an excellent picture quality hiding in here despite TCL’s efforts to ruin it. Sure, a few more bells and whistles would be nice (sending audio via Chromecast would top my list), but it does support Airplay and the variety of I/O’s is totally reasonable. The settings and menu system aren’t the best, but if you’re just after a great picture at an incredible price this is definitely the set for you.

This is an excellent TV. The picture is amazing and clear. Old movies look new! It works great so far. This is my 4th TCL and I love them. I paid a little more for this one to get an upgraded screen. The color is beautiful too.

At this level, you'd have a tough time finding better picture quality on a TV. The built-in Roku is highly responsive and the speaker are good enough for small room use, such as a bedroom. This is an underrated TV.

Got this for a rental property and it's excellent for that purpose. Love the 'guest mode' on the Roku TV. Excellent picture, easy to use with the remote. Well worth the money.

Great picture. The remote, however, is terrible. There is not direct entry of channels, even if you get a universal remote. If you use a USB drive for timeshifting, there is no functioning previous channel button.

Love this tv. Ive purchased multiple in different sizes. I got tired of lg deleting apps from their store and the picture quality is very good. Its cheaper than other high end models without sacrificing quality

Beautiful picture, noticeably better than my three year old TCL Roku 55 inch TV that it replaced. Simple to install and setup, including with the Roku wireless speakers and subwoofer. Great price, curbside pickup easy.

Upgrading from a 3 series TCL TV and the picture difference was immediately noticeable. This set does a very good job with HDR and Dolby Vision for the price, and the built in Roku OS is snappy and features most of the apps someone would want.

Purchased this TV after reviewing several different brands, and I am extremely happy with my decision. Great picture, and the sound is really good as well. Easy set up too - had it assembled and set up in 30 minutes.

Great TV for the price. I love roku products, so to have it built into the TV is awesome and saves me a HDMI port. Great option for those on a budget. I’ve used it for a year with no issues.

Very pleased and surprised with the quality of this TCL tv. First off the build quality of the TV is great- the TV is made of high quality metal versus the cheap plastic materials that many other TV manufacturers use. Second, the picture quality blows away my expectations. Way better than other TVs I have in my home that were double the price of this TCL. I love the OLED feature, it makes the colors look a lot better than non-OLED TVs. Lastly, the Roku user interface is very simple to use and has everything I want. I would definitely recommend buying this TV from TCL over the competition like Samsung or LG. Less expensive and better quality!

Pros -One of the few TV's to have all the HDR Technologies (Dolby Vision, HDR 10, and HLG.) Boot time is less than 3 seconds after pressing power. If you use a universal remote with it, the menu's are simplified for use with them - for example the input menu is a simple pop out side menu if you press input on a universal remote. Very clear image and game mode for consoles (I have an xbox one and one x) is superb, input lag is non existent. Cons - The stand are side feet (I ended up getting the center stand feet that use the wall mounts on the back.) The power light that blinks when you turn it on or off will flash ENDLESSLY if it does not have some type of an internet connection, even if you turn the light off in the settings.

This TCL Roku TV is a great product! The series 5 has vibrant colors and the picture quality is the best in class that I’ve seen so far. This is really worth the money for the price!

Fantastic tv for an incredible value price! This tv really put into perspective these other brands and their exorbitant prices. Highly recommend this and it pairs great with my Nvidia Shield.
