Great value TV for the price. Picture and features like eARC are normally found on much more expensive TVs. Only con so far is that the backlighting is not so smooth and it is noticeable when the screen brightness changes. Great budget TV and has the potential to be an excellent TV.

Great picture quality for the price. Excellent contrast and bright picture. Seems to be well made with aluminum screen frame instead of plastic. Roku interface works well since I normally stream from YoutubeTV app. Picture is almost as good as OLED but viewing angles not as good as OLED. But at less than half the price, I can't complain.

It's unfortunate that TCL television ROKU platform has been having issues, mostly reverting back to home screen after a few minutes of watching a movie or TV show. It is a problem that is out there and has no solid fix. My 55" TCL started manifesting this issue within a couple of days. The technology and picture of the TCL brand is outstanding in the price point and the picture for a sub $1000, 55" television is great. I returned the television within a week. TCL sells the exact same television in the Google platform now so it should be a better behaving television. I would recommend this television with the Google app platform but not the ROKU platform. Too bad because I like ROKU.

Picked this as an entertainment setup tv at the cost that's nearly half of the superior LG QLED. Very nice for gaming on the current gen. Roku interface is slick but the remote that came with it was failing and dies. Had to buy a new one for 10 bucks. No issues since.

After using the TV for 6months, I have had so many issues with the TV. First the TV won’t turn on, after several calls with the customer service and many troubleshooting, finally they came to my house and replaced the circuit boards. The remote control also has problem. It drains battery so quick, I have to replace the batteries every couple of weeks. Couple of calls with customer service, I am still at step 2 with troubleshooting, I am not sure how many more steps before they can replace the remote. Other than that, the picture and sound quality is fine.

This TV is great. The picture quality is awesome. The only downside is it gets a little slow sometimes. Need to disconnect the power cable, wait 30 seconds and reconnect and good as new. The sound quality is subpar. Any soundbar sounds better than TV output.

Great picture for the money. Colors aren’t perfect but they’re better than most other TVs out there in the price range. I bought this TV for the bedroom because we prefers the roku Smart TV platform to any of the others we have tried.

I ended up buying and returning several TVs around this budget because I just wasn't happy with the image. I'm a filmmaker who cares about color accuracy an contrast, and this TV was as good as it gets without splurging on OLED. The display looks best straight on; when viewing from an angle you lose some of the dynamic range and some contrast. Not very noticeable unless you're walking around the TV checking for things like this. The Roku TV is a godsend after using my Amazon Fire Box for so long (and then my PS4 when HBO Max came out). Nice to have all of my apps consolidated onto one menu, and one remote.

Still trying to get used to the Roku remote it’s too delicate but the TV works good so many shows are shot in the dark and on this TV I can finally make out what’s going on yes it’s reallyGood deal even at this price it was a bit of a stretch for my budget but it was worth it

First 4k TV and it looks pretty good out of the box. With tweaks to the settings, you can get even better colors. Con: Not the best when it comes to the local dimming. So if there is a bright image against a black background, there is a very noticeable glow around it.

A superb performer. Great 4K and HDR. I'm glad I didn't spend more money for a Samsung, Sony, etc. I read the negative reviews regarding issues early in the life of a few of these TV's. It should be noted that early life failure is no uncommon in any brand of electronics. It's just a fact of electronic life.

I love this TV. It has a very good picture. The Roku is also good for streaming. I bought a TCL soundbar to go with it so I have a very nice arrangement. Bought it online and picked up the same day at Best Buy, Very easy and convenient.

This TV is better than I expected. I waited for it to come out and then trying to find it was tough. It’s not OLED but it isn’t an OLED price. The built in Roku simplifies the operation and now with airplay onboard it is nice to tell Siri to turn off and on the tv and use the remote built in to my phone to navigate.

Have this TV in a bedroom and picture quality is great and very bright. Handles motion in movies and sports with no problem. Only problem is my existing soundbar is old and only has optical connection so tv remote does not work sound. This is not the fault of the TV so I just need to get a new soundbar with HDMI.
