This is good TV and picture quality. I did a reboot once and couldn't figure out why remote wouldn't work though. Read online and helpful tip after reboot you need hit reset button where batteries are for it to work again.

First of all I am not a gamer, so I am not having any problems with this TV. It is solid, good picture, the sound could be a little better, nothing that external speakers won’t fix. Overall, I am happy with this TV.

Less than a year and there’s already a pixel that stays green. the last TCL I bought lasted only a few years. Spend a lil more for a better brand

For a streamer like me, the Roku interface and operating system is perfect. Picture quality is fantastic and just as good (if not better) than the more expensive Sony that broke down a year and a half after I bought it (after warranty of course). I will never buy a Sony again.

For the money, it's incredible. The deep blacks, the smooth motions, the clarity. This TV fulfills my needs and then some for what I paid for it. There are TVs out there that cost twice as much to do the same thing. I am happy with this purchase and would recommend to anybody.

Great picture and I love the Roku interface! One had an issue a couple of times where the sound stopped working. I just turned the TV off, let it sit for a short while, and then turned out back on and it was fine.

Good TV. Wish the speakers were better. Replaced my mother's old TV with this one and she loves it. I think there's a lot of value in this TV but the sound could be better.

We like the Roku TV for basically streaming purposes. We upgraded from the 4 to 6. We prefer the 6 as we see the difference in picture quality especially in darker scenes. The contrast is much more vivid/lighter which we can see more details with the lighting option.

Fantastic television! I was able to easily mount it, and the Roku features are so great. Easy to use remote and set-up, and after hard-wiring to my modem, I'm streaming in seconds. Don't hesitate if you're in the market for a 55 inch Smart TV. This is the one.

I like this TV. I use it for gaming and like the low input lag. The different video modes work well and overall everything works smoothly and as advertised. Updating and installing the ROKU has been easy and has been functioning well ever since.

Only a week in so I'll try to update but tv looks amazing. It was an upgrade from an 8 year old 1080p so that's one thing. I immediately hooked up my xbox and YouTube's 4k videos. Definitely impressed and tv gets plenty loud without a sound bar. Right choice for sure

this tv is amazing!! i have tried all brands of qled, and this tv surpasses my q60t by far,,, the colors and brightness.. unmatched! 0 to no soe effect, and very sharp, everything pops.. gaming,, its so quick you will suck,,,lol great tv tcl kudos.

I have now had this tv for about a month now. And the picture quality is outstanding , I compare the prices to it competitors and if you don’t buy this tv. You will be missing out on a great picture for almost half the price.

We bought this open box and didn’t open it until gift time during the holidays. It was rated in “excellent” condition and did look very good with no marks or problems with the screen. BUT there was NO remote and NO feet to stand the tv up with in the box! We can’t turn it on to even see if it works nor stand it up without holding it by hand. Extremely frustrating as a present! I called 1-800 and I will have to call a store to see if they can find one laying around or call TCL somehow and hope they send me a remote for free? Does this tv even work? Who knows? Highly rated tv however. Best Buy do better please!

For the price this is a really good TV. Clarity of picture is amazing and after a few glitches on setup (had to reset to factory settings twice and start over) the ROKU programming interface works really well.

We needed a television that had great audio for my 87 year old father. This has been the best television we could have gotten. Crisp clear picture and the voice activated remote is his favorite thing.

I really like the TCL Roku television. My last two televisions were Samsung and I was reluctant to make the switch. But I’m glad that I did. The apps are very user friendly. The only con for me is learning to navigate channel surfing without a number keypad.

New technology in a tv brand I have previously owned. Intuitive interface with all streaming channels. Bright, crisp picture with good blackness. A little $ but no complaints about the quality of this picture.

Very good TV with Dolby vision/atmos, HDMI eARC for the price. The only flaw I see is that the viewing angles are very poor, maybe because it is VA, fortunately I always watch the TV from the front. Roku's OS is fast, my first time using it and it's very good.

Excellent TV and for the price it can’t be beat. Great picture a lot of features and I preferred this due to the features over and quality of picture over the Hisense h9g. For the price this is the best in my opinion. I’m very happy with my purchase.
