    This is 55” Roku Tv which is the biggest size for my set up caution it’s did look smaller in store just ended up being just right for master bedroom mobile home.

    It was nice while it lasted. The sound wasn't the best though, it was hard to make out speech even with the speech sound setting turned on. Beautiful colors and dark blacks. Had a slight glare from the sun. Unfortunately after only two months of having the TV, my toddler son threw a toy and broke it. Accidents are not covered by manufacturer's warranties or the geek squad protection plan. Out $700 now.

    Large dark spots less than 2 years after purchase

    Good picture until large black splotches appeared about 1.5 years after purchase. The tv is mounted and never touched, but the spots have continued to get progressively worse since starting to appear, and the television is becoming unusable. Would not recommend given tv sets should last longer than 2 years at this price point.

    Great TV and as always the logistics of pickup were seamless. I purchased the LG AI-Q sound system and now my viewing experience is complete. The TV is amazing and this is my fourth TCL purchase.

    DO NOT BUY! I disregarded others' reviews that talked about poor quality picture because others rated this tv high. The picture when any darker scenes are shown is horrible. In addition to this, the remote that was included was faulty and continued to quickly drain batteries daily. Unfortunately, when I finally had manpower at home to help unmount the TV and process the return, Best Buy will not take the tv back as it is past the 15 day return window that I did not realize. Very unsatisfied. I would keep searching for another option for a tv!

    This tv was good while it lasted. It lasted only 17 months. A green film, haze whatever you want to call it appeared. I reached out to TCL and followed their instructions but nothing changed. Dumped it over the weekend and got a Sony X85K.

    It keeps freezing you have to unplug it a lot. The sound goes off randomly. This loud screeching sound also randomly comes on great picture tho.

    ROKU TV WILL NOT LOAD CHANNELS NETFLIX AMAZON PRIM

    When application like Netflix Prime Hulu load it is saying out of memory. I have to unplug TV for 2minutes. To get the channels. I have already change the number of channels by eliminating a lot of them. I am close to returning the ROKU TV

    Do not buy any TCL TVs or products. My TV was a couple months out of warranty when the panel broke for no reason and TCL customer service was completely unwilling to help in any way. Not to mention rude during the entire exchange. Your money is much better spent buying a large company’s product like Samsung, LG or Sony. Those are much better quality and will actually last you longer than a year.

    For the price this tv is outstanding. It’s not perfect but very very good. Cable tv looks good but not amazing seems this tv handles higher resolutions better. My cable tv provider isn’t the best being a 1080i image so that might be part of the issue. So of course this tv really shines when playing a 4k image. Be it from a uhd Blu-ray or an Xbox series x. The picture is crisp and colors really pop especially in hdr. This tv supports all the varieties of hdr which is very nice and it looks it’s best playing Dolby vision. The tv looks as good if not better than most premium sets in hdr. I’ll not lie out of the box this tv looks just ok but it was easy to adjust the settings to turn this tv into a real high quality tv. I bought this tv to mainly play my Xbox series x on and I’m honestly blown away by how great of a gaming tv this is. Very responsive and it’s probably got the best looking picture in game mode I’ve ever seen. The tv is a great value with all the features it supports especially for gaming. Like free sync or vrr which works great and also auto low latency mode. These are features usually only found on TVs costing well over $ 1000. It supports most hdmi 2.1 features except for 4k 120 FPS . It tops out at 1440p 120 FPS which is a small compromise for the rest of the value the tv offers. Plus it kills it when playing games at 4k 60fps with gorgeous hdr. For the 650$ I paid for a 55 inch tcl 6 series I couldn’t be happier. You can easily see why most reviewers called it the best value of 2020.

    TV was broken out of the box. It seems as though Best Buy delivered a defective open box item that it has advertised as new. The television is currently out of stock, so they can’t send a replacement immediately. This was a really unpleasant experience with Best Buy. Hopefully they can make things right.

    I did a ton of research going in before I bought a new TV, I never had a reason to up grade my 10 year old 1080p Vizio m class, I game mostly on PC and have a killer setup for that. Picture quality is amazing with really deep blacks and it's super bright, it's almost blinding. It checked all my boxes dolby vision and dolby atmos, gaming at 4k 60 fps, I personally play action adventure and RPGs, so I don't need 120 FPS, and the consoles are not even hitting that yet anyway. My PS5 looks amazing on it as well. It also comes with roku built in which I'm familiar with. A 55 inch mini led QLED tv for $649 is a great value. The Samsung version of this tv may be better but you paying at least 300 more for it. They are a few cons there is some haloing around bright text but it hard to notice if you look at it straight on, it needs only becomes really noticeable if you view it from an angle. Second con I was having issues pairing my remote it wouldn't pair and only work with infer red, I got it to finally pair after I put new batteries, so they sent me dead batteries with my tv, which is small but super annoying. Overall it's a great tv if you like to stream movies and casually play video games. You'll definitely get your money worth with this tv.
