Initial problems seemed to disappear

I wanted to wait to better characterize the problems before calling for support or returning. Now one month later problems seem to have gone away. Hoping it was a "burn in" problem but am happy that I bought the 5 year support plan just in case not. Otherwise very happy with the performance of the TV.

Pretty Disappointed

The TV though constantly crashes and reboots ALL THE TIME. I mean, in the middle of an online game crashes and reboots.... Wathing Netflix... crashes and reboots. It's beyond annoying and TCL has no answers for a fix.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall I give this TV a four and a half it has excellent color brightness and good darks color and it's white are actually better than the qn85a but in some scenes sometimes you do see banding haloing but it's not excessive it is a major improvement over the older ones it sure shocked me also most new TVs you have to let them break in don't think something is wrong with him because the picture doesn't show clear or whatever give it a little time to break in
