    Best buy is 4 hours from my house up in the mountains and the Roku Remote does not work. Apparently there are instructions on YouTube to fix it. Luckily I had a spare. Of course the TV is up on the wall. Tv seems to work fine.

    Very nice, easy setup and connect to streaming services. Only one complaint is the tv will occasional take a moment to refresh and the screen will be freeze for a second, however it happens maybe once or twice a week so overall not an big issue.

    Looks great, works great. No problem setting up the Roku software to recognize AppleTV, XBox, Sony soundbar and various online streamers. We got a great deal on a floor model. It didn't come with a remote, but I picked up a Roku remote for less than $10 online. No problems after 2-3 months

    working great so far. when setting up, pick highest volume setting, (won't need sound bar), pick lowest brightness setting, picture will look great & screen should last longer. highest brightness setting will burn your retinas out at night in a dark room.

    I had to return this TV, which got great reviews at Best Buy and elsewhere, because the Roku remote was difficult to operate. This was surprising because one of the reasons I bought the TV was because I was familiar with and liked the Roku streaming player I used with my previous non-smart TV. I don't know whether it was the Roku remote or the receiver on the TCL TV, but getting the remote to perform necessary functions was extremely difficult (even for the Geek Squad agent who installed the TV). As a result, I returned this TV and got a Samsung instead!

    GOT A PHONE CALL AN HOUR INTO THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY TIME WINDOW SAYING MY DELIVERY WAS CNX AND I NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE.TALK ABOUT LAST MINUTE ---PO-O-O-O-R! EVERYTHING WAS FINE WHEN WE FINNALY GOT THE DELIVERY

    DO NOT BUY A TCL TV! Customer service is horrible out of the Philippines. We have the TCL 55" Roku TV and we might as well throw it away. 1 year and 9 months after buying it.. there's no picture even after troubleshooting. I'm writing another review on Best Buy where we bought it. Ugh.. what a waste of $100

Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     Most frustrating television ever. Picture and sound beautiful. BUT... the remote accuracy is horrible. It had to be aimed just right to work. And entering text in search mode was an adventure. Cursor wouldn’t move or move two spaces; anywhere but the letter you wanted. AND the TV would turn on randomly, without the remote even being in the room. Thought I just got a lemon so I replaced the TV but it, too, had same problems. Looked online and saw these are common problems. Bummer. I wanted to love this TV

    I bought this TV for my living room,great TV to watch and profarm well with my Xbox series x I have one problem and it was when in the Netflix menu if flashes too much and that was too much for me so I return it to the store
