    What sets this TV apart from other midrange TVS is the mini-led technology which allows it to better capture deep blacks in a way much closer to OLED technology than traditional LED can ever hope to. It is surprising that a TV of this quality is not at least 1000$

    Best Buy had the best price I could find. I opted for curb side pick up and they handled it perfectly. I only had to wait about 3 minutes for the associate to wheel my new TV out to my car and he loaded it into the car for me. It was seamless and easy.

    I had to call TCL for help with the volume suddenly not working. They were very nice figured out I needed an update which they talked me through then gave me lots of fun ways to use the features this TV offers. TCL said I can call qnytime and it is free to call.

    I would have rated this TV as 4 star but best buy would not help me to get a receipt for the product. They just said they couldn't help me because I paid for it online. I am 70 years old with medical conditions that comprise me and so I had my son and granddaughter pick it up for me. And the store gave them no aeayreceipt. Which in my opinion is incompetent in itself. The tv works great a little difficult to connect the HDMI-Earc but did function once the right combination of commands etc were entered. I live 105 miles away from the store. No one has gotten back to me so if I was rating best buy alone it would be a 1.

    I LOVE this TV! It looks great and the interface is great. Only thing I have noticed is sound got messed up twice where it was high pitch when navigating menu. I had to reboot. Not sure why that happened. This tv is great with the PS5. I would buy it again!

    Could never get the audio to sync correctly when playing DVD player. Returned for Samsung. Really loved the picture though, it was amazing! I really loved ROKU too.

    Wow, nice TV. Did research, TCL series 6 had many good reviews. Many stating this was the best Roku based set. Other sets may be a tick better but had a different interface or were considerably more $’s. This newer model does not disappoint. Nice upgrade.

    Terrible implementation of HDMI CEC. Terrible designe, not made for mounting. It took me 3 hours to get the remote working. Great picture quality.

    Great tv for the price. Only issue is then the tv goes to sleep and screen saver mode the receiver turns off and the tv doesn’t send a wake up command. Other than that it’s a great tv. No regrets at all!

    Returned to store think remote control issues were related to TV software. Best Buy and the Geek Squad led to making this decision. It turns out they were wrong. We did wind up purchasing a TV from Costco better price and another 120HZ processor.

    I am not a huge tv person but with quarantine going on, I decided to upgrade from my 2003 32 inch tv. There is no comparison, this TV has a beautiful display, easy interface and worked almost as soon as I set it up. I am very happy.

    The tv is great when it is working but many times when we turn it on it cycles itself and shuts off. I am contacting customer service tomorrow.

    SO not the most amazing tv, but the most amazing one in its price point. There is no way to "future proof" a smart tv. This support some of the very hopeful next gen tech even if its only HDMI 2.0 Hard to go wrong with this tv.

    The unit arrived with a bad HDMI port and BB could not facilitate an exchange. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty so I should be covered. I am dissapointed with BestBuy though!

    Amazing TV. I was worried about durability but I've had it almost year now and have had no issues. I think if you want to spend more, you can get the Sony 950, but there's nothing better at this price point

    You do not have to spend a lot of money to get expensive tv features. I watched a lot of reviews before I made the purchase and it has lived up to everything everyone had said. Especially the having performance.

    This TV is amazing!! I also love the new updates like the Apple AirPlay connectivity. One HDMI 2.1 eARC port with VRR and ALLM and 3 other regular 4k ports. The best deal by far for a 4k TV with all of the newest features.

    Didn't have to wait to long for the salesman to check to see if they had the tv in stock, only about 20 min. He rang me up and took it out to my car.
