Software Glitches

I got a perfect screen... no issues nor blemishes. It love fantastic. In both movies and Xbox One X gaming. However, the TV itself has bugs and issues. For one... EVERY TIME I turn on my Xbox, it resets the TV. I can be on the main screen, in the Xbox mode setting... sometimes up to 2 minutes after going into the gaming mode, it will restart. Only does it once, then it's fine. The other issue is that about 1 out of every 8 times, when you turn on the TV, the sound is muted. Not in the sense that it's on mute, but it's crazy low. The only fix I found is to unplug the TV and turn it back on and it fixes it. Hence, 2/5 star because I hope these issues are fixed in a software update, but I am not holding my breath.

Bought new but missing parts

Got the tv home and the stand, remote, power cord and manuals were missing. After hours on the phone, Best Buy would not schedule pickup and delivery for an exchange. They said I was out of delivery area and would have to drive to the closest store which would have been 6 hours round trip. I usually purchase most of my items from Best Buy but will think twice next time. Open the box before leaving the store!!!

very disappointing.

Which were... 1. The tv brightness setting became stuck in the darkest mode twice and i was only able to resolve this by doing a factory reset 2x times. 2. a few time the tv seemed to switch itself out of game mode. 3. The THX game mode is not very good as the colors look really washed out. 4. Not sure if its the tv but i could not use the 1440p 120hz setting on my pc. when selecting it the tv would go black. 5. in pc mode you cant not adjust sharpness and everything looks really blurry. there is work around but even with that the tv just doesnt get very sharp in general. 6. despite playing around with several settings motion always seemed to look off and motion blur was worse then my previous 2016/2017ish sony 50 inch. 7. the blooming and blacklight bleed are fairly bad, i was really excited when i ordered this due to the great reviews and how good it was supposed to be for gaming. But in my honest opinion its just not that good and is decent at best. i would not recommend it.
