horrible! bought open box to save $60 but found wires missing, went back to get replacement, none found, had to purchase elsewhere. The sign on the box indicated no parts were missing! a big fat lie!

Worked for three months TCL warranty will be more trouble than the value of its three months of utility.

Absolutely love this tv. It’s been going strong for 4 years now and looks as good as day 1. This picture and sound are top notch. Great for gaming as well. Low response time

No buttons. You need the remote no matter what to use this television. The picture quality isn’t all that great.

Lasted 14 months now it has no picture no matter what input you are on.

Didn't work, so I had to return it. Enough said. TCL would be better off staying with Roku, Android is not working out.

This has been a very good tv from day 1! The picture is very vivid & the images look so life-like. It is so good that we bought one for the living room & 2 days later we went & bought one for our bedroom. I've always like the roku format & I'll continue to stick with it in the future.

Had dark spots on screen a few days after the 1 year warranty expired. Read reviews and seems common in these tcl’s.

I can’t make it through 5 minutes streaming a movie before this thing loses internet connection. Do not spend your hard earned money on this.

Tv was missing the needed parts for its stand. I called spoke to CS and they couldnt replace the missing parts.

Had the TV a month and it burnt up. Prior to that it would spontaneously turn on. No, we didn't set it up to do that.

People who are looking for a TV to go with a playstation 5 have probably come across the TCL 6 series. On paper, it looks like it has all you need. 4k, 120hz, HDR. But, it isn't all perfect. First of all, the TV has a great picture. The colors pop, the resolution is great, and the refresh rate is satisfactory. But, here's the cath. The TV DOESNT have HDMI 2.1, meaning you can't do 4k and 120FPS on a Playstation at the same time. You can do 4k 60fps, and if there is enough demand, sony will update the PS5 to support 1440p with 120fps. So, No you cannot play 4k 120fps games. Other than that, the TV looks great. It has a better picture than the LG Nanocell85, but the Nanocell is able to run 4k 120fps. So its up to you, if you'd rather have a better picture or be able to get true 120hz 4k. TCL 6 series - 4k 60fps, 1440p 120fps, 1080p 120fps LG Nanocell85 - 4k 120fps, not as good color.

Very simple to set up. Picture is clear and quite bright - almost too bright, what some reviewers have called the "soap opera effect." Tried different screen settings but ended up restoring it to the default. We tend to watch TV shows so can't comment on movie quality. TV integrated well with our older devices including Sony Blu-ray player and Sony audio unit. One fault: I set it for headphone use via Roku mobile app. Later my wife wanted to watch TV but the sound was off because my iphone was out of the room. We were unable to reset audio via Settings; could only do it from my phone.

It's an awesome tv! The build quality is pretty nice, the colors are very bright and saturated (maybe a little too saturated at times), and i've had no issues with it. I also love that it's a Roku tv, it's great for the price.

I know its a little too late because this tv is probably out of stock but it has been 4 years and I havent had any problem with it. It dolby atmos speakers is amazing and you dont want to talk about their 4k upscaling and image quality. I'm waiting for the new TCL 8Q to go lower to buy it.

I love this TV! Roku is easy to use with all the bells and whistles of a smarter tv. The picture quality is incredible. For a tv this price I’ve never seen anything like it. I feel like I’m watching a play in a theater because the picture is so clear it’s like real life. Actors that I’ve seen for years appear slightly older because I can see every detail of their faces. It’s kind of crazy. I love the Roku controller and interface. In my opinion, it’s everything that Apple aspires too but slightly better in this case. I’m sure Apple was jealous when they saw the Roku years ago and began developing their own tv box/interface. Highly recommended. Get yours today before they get delayed on a cargo boat off the Long Beach shore! Also…Sound quality is average but only because that’s how all TVs are nowadays. You need to hook it up to external speakers to really enjoy it. But that’s just how it goes…

I probably cost Best Buy (I’m really sorry!) more than this tv costs in bringing back every set I got there. Ten. I just never saw the wow factor in any tv besides an oled and trust me, I tried every major brand out there, and this one could have been priced a lot higher in my opinion because it definitely competes with the 2000 dollar range tvs. I have rarely ever written a review on anything I’ve bought but I had to tell someone about this tv, it’s amazing. The OS interface leaves a bit to be desired but once the picture streams in it’s incredible dark contrast will make you think you have an oled tv. I always thought of tcl as a second (even a third) rate tv manufacturer. I was blown away when I toggled all the video settings to my liking. Skin tones (and pores for that matter lol) look incredibly real and like like. Ps look for open box tvs. Most are in brand new condition. I got this bad boy for $603.

TCL - 55” Class 6- series is the perfect tv that I was looking for. Great picture w/ many adjustments. Nice clear sound. HDR. Roku smart give you all the apps & streaming channels you need. Best QLED for the money (great price )
