    Audio syncing issues with streaming services and just the tv speakers. Returned the tv for another brand. Picture looked good.

    Two Return Headache.

    Don't believe the hype. Coil Squeal and cheap parts ruin an otherwise great budget 4K TV. The high pitched squeal between loading screens, switching apps, or even when a scene is very dark, completely ruins any viewing or gaming experience. Tested with both a PS4 (in multiple HDMI slots), and unplugged everything using only apps on the TV. I've purchased TWO of these in the last four days, both have now been returned. Will not be buying a third. Seems to be a common issue with this line. WARNING: I wish I could say TCL was the worst customer support I ever received, but that would have to mean I actually received any. Never got an email back, every time I would call their phone line it tells you your wait is 5 min, but then you wait 30 (it doesn't prompt you for a call back other than the very first time it asks). I've rated Picture and Brightness as a one star, mainly because neither mean jack if you can't stand the sound when your TV is in use.

    Slow startup

    Motion blur is bad, gaming mode is a joke

    The tv looks great on paper when it's in hand it's terrible, the panel has a yellow hue around the whole screen, sometimes my screen will glitch out and they'll be a blotch on the screen that mirrors a portion of the other side of the screen that'll flash in and out on occasion, the screen will flicker super terribly whenever 120hz is on, basically making it unusable (if you have hdr on aswell the screen will jitter aswell on top of flickering) when hdr is on sometimes a thin yellow bar will flash across the tip of the screen and cause the whole image to shift so overall I'd refrain from getting this tv, there's probably better options out there it's good on paper but sadly it's not executed well

    Over-rated poor quality product.

    I purchased a 55R615 Roku model less than 2 years ago. The first year was pretty decent. But now I have to unplug it from power about once a week to get a complete reset as it randomly freezes up or starts to display a green heavily pixelated-like screen. A quick internet search revealed it's a well discussed problem, so it's not just my set. I'm a tech-savvy user and made sure the set is fully updated. I regret being swayed from other brands by reviews that promised a great set at a reduced price point...you get what you pay for obviously. I will not purchase another TCL product.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     Not 120Hz

    1 star for attention, if you looking for a 120hz 4k tv for your gaming/pc use case, avoid this, advertised as 120hz 4k, but in reality its 1080p 120hz and 4k 60hz, get a 55R646 instead, that one truly supports 120hz with a 4k input and priced the same

    Glitches at least once a week!

    This TV has been NOTHING but problems. We thought we had a defective TV and had it replaced after about 10 days. But even with the new TV it constantly glitches. It freezes, shuts itself off, loses sound completely, it even made a high pitched screeching sound when any button was pressed on the remote. We have done multiple factory resets and the same problems persist.

    Buyer Beware!

    Buyer beware! There are numerous complaints on this particular series 6 line. Tvs randomly shut off or simply go blank. TCL refuses to repair unless your under 1 year warranty. If your going to buy I strongly suggest an extended warranty but my advice.... look elsewhere. I've filed complaints and written to Best Buy to no avail but will continue to write this review.

    Buyer Beware I am out the cost of the TV and more

    I bought this one week before it was pulled from Best Buy and TCL. The google platform is the unstable. I paid 200 to have it mounted on my wall. TCL gives me email after email of the run around. I have always had TCL tv's. They have lost me with a lack of customer service.

    Not what I had hoped for

    Brand new out of box and had speaker issues right away. Home Screen issues. Had to reset the tv by unplugging it each time for it to work the way it’s supposed to. Ended up returning it.
