Nice color but returned twice

I just happen to get it ;(. Second tv the remote would not pair. Got a new remote and still would.not pair. They said it would need to be serviced which was minor but I refuse to pay for a tv that is brand new and needs to be serviced upon purchasing. This was rated top 2020 bang for your buck but not for me. So I bought an oled Lg cx and absolutely love it

For the price it’s unbeatable

Good quality image, but having glitches

But for some reason it's starting to have glitches with the interface. Sometimes it will just turnoff on its own and sometimes the interface will be unresponsive. This shouldn't be happening to a tv that is less than 6 months old for the price I paid.

Case is nice....stands suck.

Not yet usable in my home

Because the TV sits on two stands at either end, it's very difficult to find a suitable stand longer than 49 inches. As a result the TV sits on the floor. I contacted TCL America and was told there no other options. I told the Customer Service person I would return the TV to the vendor, he was sorry to hear that but there was nothing he could do or recommend it. I will review the TV when I'm able to place it in a permanent position in my home.
