    Did not like the picture.

    Heard a lot of good things on this new TV. Loved the built in Roku but the picture to me was horrible. Tried a few different picture settings but nothing really helped the picture look good. I was expecting a great bright picture like the QLED should be but this TV was washed out. Viewing angle is also horrible. Don't waste your money or spend more on a better TV.

    TV picture is great.....ROKU poor customer service

    When you try to set up a ROKU account to use with this TV, ROKU wants $135.00 one time registration fee. I may try to return the TV

    Great picture but you would expect a TV to last over 14 months. Not so it turns itself off then won't come on untell the morning. This morning it would not come on again.

    Great, except...

    Bought this TV based on the CNET review and I’d be as please as could be except for one very large issue. The Netflix App will not load on the Roku software built into the TV. After some Google searches it seems that Netflix and TCL Roku TVs have a bit of a rocky past. I had a pre-existing Roku account and several previous (and some still active) Roku devices. The fact that Netflix didn’t automatically preload was a surprise. When I went to the channel store and tried to add it and couldn’t I was flabbergasted. Several emails back and forth with Roku has not remedied the problem. I think it ridiculous to have to plug one of my other Roku devices into a Roku TV in order to get Netflix.

    Nice picture but has problems.

    Purchased this TV almost a year ago to replace our living room TV, for the price and features you get it's a nice TV. Within the year of having it we have started to have a shutting off problem where the TV will just turn off while we are watching TV. It will do this from time to time, I have contacted Geek Squad as it's under warranty and they refuse to be of any help. My advice if you decide to buy this TV do so at your own risk, don't waste your money on Geek Squad and if possible go with a more reputable maker like Samsung or Sony.

    Watch out for the screen going dark

    Worked great for 2 weeks (gorgeous picture, beautiful screen), then it started cutting out black. In trying to troubleshoot, we see online that this is a known issue with this TV, and one TCL does not seem willing to repair. Sadly, we are returning it.

    Definitely the worst tv I have ever owned!

    This tv has had nothing but problems and TCL is not willing to fix their horrible tv either. The tv is less than a year old and since it was purchased it likes to shut off randomly even with the auto off turned off and the sleep timer is not turned on. One of the hdmi ports was also broken when it was purchased and TCL refused to fix it as well. Just worth spending a bit more on a nicer brand that will last way longer than a year.

    Stands on TV

    I just purchased this tv a few hours ago and got it all the way home just to realize the stands on the tv are on the end, since tcl decided to put them on the end and not in the middle like they did before I'm forced to return it and get my money back. I wish I could give it a better rating but the tv stands is what made me give it this rating. So if you're looking to buy this model made sure it fits your tv stand

    Worst product, will not last!!!

    Do not purchase, save a headache, My 55" TCL TV, lasted only 2 years, Never ever again will I purchase another TCL Product.. I ended up purchasing a Sony for its replacement. Funny, I have and RCA TV that still works like a charm, its 8 years old and Insignia that is 10 years old and still works like a charm

    I bought this with high hopes after reading reviews here and on CNET. But will be returning as the picture blooms badly in low light scenes and also ghosts and blurs during movement. I have tried adjusting the settings to remedy but to no avail. I am very disappointed.
