Many customers rave about the vibrant colors and clarity of the display, making it an excellent choice for movie nights and gaming. The easy setup process with Roku is also widely appreciated, allowing users to quickly access their favorite streaming services. The first TV I received had a faulty LED right out of the box, and Best Buy refused to replace it. I tried to exchange it less than 12 hours after the purchase - but after being yelled at by a abusive and insulting local assistant manager for a hour - I left. Messages to corporate referred me back to the local store, which as you'd expect were met with more hostility. So caveat emptor on that part. Luckily, I was able to reach out to TCL who agreed that it was a faulty unit and replaced the TV, with gratis delivery and set up (something Best Buy wanted to charge me $200 for). Anyway, this set has worked perfectly and has a crisp, clear picture with all the smart features you'd expect with a Roku. Sound is so-so, and I'd recommend a sound bar.

After dealing with a subpar Samsung 7 series and a Vizio M Series(horrible), I finally succumbed to the advice to get this this TCL. I have had it for a month now and no problems with the interface or crashes. The picture quality is mostly fantastic and the built in speakers are really good. I use it via my Xbox One X connection and gaming is smooth and crisp as well as the 4K content on Netflix and Amazon. Dolby Vision is awesome too when available. It isn’t great and upscaling though and black levels in 1080 content can look really bad, especially on HBO’s apps. Overall, I’m extremely happy now. TVs are so ridiculous to shop for now. This is great for money. You will get lots of “WOW!!” moments.

This tv does everything well, great picture, full streaming features, super easy Roku system. This plays extremely well with my Alexa as well. Plenty of HDMI Inputs, including 1 with ARC. Optical out as well. I bought this for our bedroom, couldn’t be happier especially considering we have the absolute best picture on our LG OLED E9 downstairs. This is not quite on pair with that one, but it didn’t cost $3400 either. I really didn’t think I’d be satisfied with this $500 beauty. I was pleasantly surprised, I had a Samsung that we payed more for and had it a year In our bedroom, just didn’t come close to this one. Now our grandson has a 55” Samsung for his bedroom for gaming haha. Now everyone is happy!

Roku menu is easy to use/set up. High quality tv and good as TVs that cost $300-$400 more. Used for gaming & streaming services. 4k with hdr that's easy on the wallet without sacrificing much in quality.

It is a solid performer. It looks great out of the box but the picture does get better if you tweak the settings to your preferences. You can even tweak the dolby vision settings which is very helpful.

We wanted a tv with the latest technology, but easy to use and not break the bank. This model fit the bill perfectly. It even gave us better picture quality because of the brightness of the room it’s in!

Bought so we had a large screen to watch sports and movies at our cabin. Ranked very high on TV ratings websites Excellent image quality, affordable price. "Best-in-class Roku TV smarts propel the TCL 6-Series into the pole position of the midrange TV race." Screen mirroring was an important option so I can utilize apps from my phone and watch on large screen. This is my 1st TCL; so far I am happy. Remote control is pretty basic (maybe that is good??). NOTE A month after I purchased, BB dropped the price another $50. BB gave me credited me for that price difference when I brought to their attention, no questions asked.

I did a massive amount of research prior to buying this T. V. I was very interest in an OLED but didn't want to spend $1500. After looking into quantum dot tech I figured it was pretty good. However, it was at least $750. Them TCL came out with a QLED for $549. Sold. I love this TV. Excellent picture with deep darks and vivid sharp colors. Best bang for the buck by a long shot. I highly recommend this set.

The picture quality is better than I expected. The difference between LED and ULED is very noticeable. The set up was quick and easy. My wifi was recognized and adding channels only took a few minutes.

Great display and picture quality. Roku platform is also the best! If you're looking for a budget TV this is the one. The only downside is it's motion handling. Artifacts everywhere! But its HDR is just amazing!

Overall good brightness. Colors are good but could be better. Still learning about an app that helps calibrate colors. 55 inches was appropriate size for the room but still a little small-not the tv's fault.

When it was time to replace my 12-year-old 55" Vizio, I reviewed several different tvs. I was a little skeptical about this TCL brand, plus the fact that it was beaucoup bucks less than the other brands. I decided that I would give it a try based on Best Buy's great return policy. Believe me when I tell you that I have not been disappointed. This tv is perfect for me. Please keep in mind that I am not a gamer, nor am I into the "Big Theater" experience. I just want to watch what I want to watch when I want to watch it. This TCL delivers everything I wanted in a tv. And if I get 12 years out of this TCL, like I did the Vizio, then this will be a perfect tv.

Own some ridiculous TVs—OLEDs and Sammy QLEDS. This was for the guest room. Works great, picture is great, roku interface is favorite part. You need a good tv and good smart apps/interface this thing is fine.
