Good image quality, great for games

The only thing that I don't like so much, is the Operation System...it's freeze sometimes.

Buggy OS - TCL 55R646

Erratic behaviors - shuts off, volume spikes, doesn't recognize verbal cues, etc. Unplugging helps. Wish Google allowed me to download the Xfinity app so I could stream my providers expensive programming easily. The integration with the cable box is very cumbersome and frustrating. They also don't let me download the TCM App. Not sure if ROKU version would have been better?! Thus far disappointed. May return.

Best at its price point

The software has definitely had bugs and the navigation (menu,settings,etc) leaves quite a bit to be desired but the performance and picture quality is almost impossible to beat at the price point.

Everything runs well surprisingly! After hearing reviews about the bugs it had, it seems like it’s not longer the case because since day 1 I haven’t had any random shut offs or anything. I love this tv so far and hope it lasts.

The colors and the HD look just right. If i had a compaint it would be with the sound being either a tad too high or too low when watching streaming shows and movies.

Great Mid Range TV

The baked in Google TV is also very fast which was not the case on the last "budget" TCL I bought. I use this TV mainly as an outside TV and it does have the brightness necessary and it also has low reflectivity which is nice.
