    Overall TV is good. When you setup for the first time there are way too many ads from Amazon to subscribe or purchase. Low cost TV to use on any guest room or other place where you watch it less often. Sounds are not that great.

    It goes slow the apps on it lag very bad it will automatically go to different apps . It’s very delayed

    Random Black Screen and Poor Picture Quality

    I've owned this TV for about a month now and it hasnt been a good experience so far. Randomly, the screen will go black and sometimes after that, the picture becomes horrible. I then have to turn it Off and the back On, so that picture quality resets. These issues occur every time we turn it on. The firmware on the TV is up to date, so I'm not sure why these issues are occurring. I've reached out to Best Buy, but since they only have a 15 day return policy, there was nothing they could do. My next step is to contact TCL directly to see if they can resolve the issue or replace the TV with one that works.

    Was real slow and lagging alot when i first installed it. Then suddenly on christmas eve. Not even a month after purchase the tv went blank.

    The user interface is horrible and has ads all over it. The screen is not very bright.

    Don't buy this tv run it keeps shutting off on me . I WAS Told this tv is highly recommended.
