    It is always glitching. I have to turn it completely off and then turn it back on wait for everything to load just to get a clear picture. Very inconvenient when try to wat h a movie

    Sound is gone. Just past 30 days and cant return. It was supposed to be a my dad's bday present. And now $200 for a soundless tv. What do I do now Bestbuy? I was sold a dud.

    I cannot express how slow and glitchy this TV is. I bought this TV because I previously owned a Roku TCL TV that worked great for years. This one is terrible and not worth the money, even on a black Friday sale.

    I opened this several months after buying. It was obviously used although it was resealed and sold to me as used. The power cord was missing and another customers information was saved in the log on screen.

    Worst Experience ever.Terrible customer service

    TV delivered to wrong address.Oh chatbot with who ever and phone calls for multiple hours.Threw deliveries later and almost a month I finally got tv.Took off work on 2 occasions to get delivery for them to not leave tv with due to errors putting delivery in system.And absolutely no compensation for all my lost time

    Missing everything but the tv

    The box did not have the remote, power cord, instructions, or screws for the stand. Didn’t realize it until after the box was opened and the tv was mounted to the wall. Best Buy wanted the tv returned in the box instead of just giving me the missing items. This will be my last purchase from Best Buy

    screen went out 2 hours into using it? i tried a factory reset, unplugging, everything. I paid someone to mount it and now im gonna have to pay someone to unmount it and return this tv i was so excited about. i do not recommend.

    Junk - purchased three (3) and one (1) doesn't work - not loading the menu - stuck at FireTV screen - rebooted and reset to manufacture setting - doesn't help. Have to contact TCL customer support - cant return to Best Buy!?

    Don’t buy the TV. It is extremely light weight. The picture is horrible and has limited adjustments in color. Unfortunately, I opened it too late past the return date to realize this I’m sorry I wasted my money.
