Worst TV ever! It freezes all the time and regularly shuts down.

Order open box excellent condition according to the description. Put up on the wall and turned on to my surprise the corner was bent...

As everyone else states, the remote is not very good as fare as design and feel. It seems like if you breath on it, it will change the app you are using. Very touchy. The processor is slow especially after doing all the updates and downloads. Let mine finish everything, there is a menu to watch the progress, I restarted it and it ran fine. Does take some time to load here and there. When it got "cluttered" I restarted the tv from the menu and it started loading fine again. Great gaming tv. Wasn't as impressed with the built in speakers like some reviewers but it does throw the sound around the room. I would recommend this unit to someone who doesn't mind a slower system.

The set up of this tv was super easy and the color quaility is great. The 55" was a perfect fit and being a fire TV Has super easy search features.

Has good color. Easy to set up. Not top of the line but it works great for us. Sound from TV is not good but with sound bar it's fine.

I purchased this TCL 4K UHD TV specifically for football season, and it did not disappoint! Sound is decent for a flat screen, but I paired it with a soundbar for that full home theater feel. No regrets there. I’ve owned TVs from bigger brands that didn’t perform this well out of the box. It's a decent TV for the price. Nice color and contrast but not great for gaming, which is why I bought it. All color, contrast, sharpness, etc. has to be turned off due to controller input latency. Really kills the quality of the picture.

Love this tv! Easy to setup. Great Quality picture and sound. The Only downside is the remote doesn’t have numbers on it. However it’s easy enough to navigate to your channel.

This is a very good product I would definitely recommend its purchase very clear pictures, volume audio level quite acceptable The only setback is that the storage for the apps are very limited does not give you a lot of storage for apps. This unit was easy to set up an easy to connect to Wi-Fi.

Amazing tv, especially for the price. The picture is very good and the fire tv work better than expected. Some reviews on line said the built in fire stick did not meet expectations but I have not had the same experience.

Great buy. Easy set up. Very light. Built in Amazon Fire makes everything easier and you don't have to worry about having enough HDMI ports.

Assembly is very quick / easy (if you're not doing a wall mount). Product is light and easy to maneuver around tight spaces despite its size. The built in sound is decent/good but I'm still using a sound bar for better quality/direction. The 4k picture quality is okay but not as good as it appeared in the online visuals or the store demo's. The processor speed on the product is also less that what it should be to operate for streaming content properly (I have a very high speed connection yet the device stalls too often compared to my other TV viewing the same streamers.

This TV was bought to spreadhead a fundraiser activity for my church. As a member of the finance comittee, this was an innovative way to bring in financial contributions to help meet our goal of $1000. A raffle was held and the individual that won love the features of this TV. She stated the picture is crispy clear, easy access to apps, mimumum confusion with set up, and vary lightweight. I would recommend this TV a zillion times as it is definitely an awesome product for a great price.

We got a new TLC TV, and it’s been a hit with the whole family! My son loves the sharp picture and is always watching his favorite shows in amazing quality. Super easy to set up and a great value for the price. Highly recommend!
